区域创新资源环境对企业创新能力的影响研究

【摘要】：在通过技术创新来获取市场竞争优势和市场地位的21世纪，创新已经成为企业发展的不竭动力。但是，创新是一项高风险的投资活动，对于企业来说，由于自身资源的有限性，，已经不能满足日新月异的社会发展对新技术的需求，因此，企业如何利用外界创新资源为创新服务已经成为必然趋势。国内关于创新资源环境与企业创新能力影响的研究大多数集中于影响因素和企业创新能力的评价指标体系研究，而对于二者之间定量的影响关系的研究很少。因此，运用定量方法研究区域创新资源环境对企业创新能力的影响具有一定的理论意义和现实意义。 首先，本文通过对国内外关于创新理论、创新资源、企业创新能力以及创新资源环境的系统梳理，将创新资源环境分为创新人力、财力、物力和成果资源环境四大类，认为企业创新能力是企业运用所能获取的一切创新资源，将新的观念或者思想通过创新活动最终转化为创新产品或者服务，并为企业创造价值的能力；其次，分析了创新资源以及创新资源环境与企业创新能力之间的相互关系，并提出了创新资源环境与企业创新能力之间关系的研究假设和变量的测度指标；再次，通过对安徽省16市的相关数据进行曲线拟合估计分析，得出各创新资源环境要素与企业创新能力之间存在正相关的结论；然后按照创新资源环境与企业创新能力匹配情况，运用聚类分析法将安徽省16市分为三组，即：Ⅰ组（合肥市、芜湖市）、Ⅱ组（马鞍山市、铜陵市）、Ⅲ组（淮北市、亳州市、宿州市、蚌埠市、阜阳市、淮南市、滁州市、六安市、宣城市、池州市、安庆市、黄山市）；最后，根据不同分组，利用回归分析对企业创新能力与创新资源环境要素之间的数量关系进行定量分析。 研究的结果表明，创新资源环境各要素对企业创新能力具有正面的积极影响，不同地区，不同要素对企业创新能力的影响程度不同，各个要素对企业创新能力的影响具有互补作用。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, technological innovation has become an inexhaustible driving force for the development of enterprises. However, innovation is a high-risk investment activity, for enterprises, due to their limited resources, can no longer meet the rapid social development of the demand for new technologies, therefore, It has become an inevitable trend for enterprises to make use of external innovative resources to serve innovation. Domestic research on the impact of innovation resource environment and enterprise innovation ability mostly focuses on the impact factors and the evaluation index system of enterprise innovation ability. However the quantitative relationship between them is seldom studied. Therefore, it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the impact of regional innovation resource environment on enterprise innovation ability by quantitative method. First of all, this paper classifies the innovation resource environment into four categories: innovation human resource, financial resource, material resource and achievement resource environment by systematically combing the innovation theory, innovation resource, enterprise innovation ability and innovation resource environment at home and abroad. The paper holds that the innovation ability of an enterprise is the ability of the enterprise to use all the innovative resources that it can obtain, to transform new ideas or ideas into innovative products or services through innovative activities, and to create value for the enterprise. This paper analyzes the relationship between innovation resource and innovation resource environment and enterprise innovation ability, and puts forward the research hypothesis and variable measure index of the relationship between innovation resource environment and enterprise innovation ability. According to the curve fitting estimation analysis of 16 cities in Anhui Province, it is concluded that there is a positive correlation between the factors of innovation resources and environment and the innovation ability of enterprises, and then according to the matching situation of innovation resources environment and enterprise innovation ability, Using cluster analysis, 16 cities in Anhui Province were divided into three groups: group 鈪
