首位城市在提质升位中应注重旧城经济发展

【摘要】：正2014年8月,四川省社科院"首位城市中心城区转型升级"调研组深入成都市锦江区、青羊区、金牛区、武侯区、成华区"五城区"调研后发现,作为四川省首位城市的成都,在城市加快发展、新区加快开发等方面,取得了巨大的成就。但是,随着北部新城、天府新区建设的推进,成都市"五城区"(即旧城和中心城区)的发展出现了新的矛盾、困惑及挑战,若不及早采取措施,十年或二十年后,将会
[Abstract]:In August 2014, the "transformation and upgrading of the first urban center of the Sichuan Academy of Social Sciences" went deep into Jinjiang District, Qingyang District, Jinniu District, Wuhou District and Chenghua District of Chengdu, and found that Chengdu, as the first city in Sichuan Province, was the first city in Sichuan Province. Great achievements have been made in accelerating the development of cities and new districts. However, with the development of the new city in the north and the new district of Tianfu, the development of the "five urban areas" in Chengdu (that is, the old city and the central district) has appeared new contradictions, puzzles and challenges. If measures are not taken early, ten or twenty years from now, there will be new contradictions, puzzles and challenges.
