河南省商丘市水果深加工产业对当地经济影响研究

【摘要】：水果深加工产业作为一种能够提高农产品附加值,从而进一步提升农产品收益的优质产业,它的发展标志着一个国家农业现代化的发展水平。我国作为水果生产大国,水果产量从1993年起一直居于世界第一位。然而,长期以来,我国水果的销售模式主要还是以鲜果销售为主,其用于水果深加工产业的水果原材料占水果总产量的比重较小,与我国水果生产大国的身份不符。然而在水果深加工产业成为我国食品工业“十二五”规划的重点发展产业后,商丘市水果深加工产业经过短短的十年,已经发展到了一定的规模,对地方社会经济发展产生了重要影响。因此,以商丘为例研究水果深加工产业对当地经济的影响具有十分重要的意义。 本文首先介绍了水果深加工的背景与前景,通过经济数据和企业具体发展情况分析水果深加工产业对地方经济的影响,展现其在我国农产品经济发展中的必要性；其次,对国内水果产业的区域分布情况差异进行分析,并对水果深加工产业与传统水果销售模式进行对比,进而具体分析水果深加工产业对地方区域经济的带动作用；再次,分析商丘水果深加工产业对地方经济增长的影响、对商丘产业结构调整的影响及对优质果品培育的积极作用,从而展现水果深加工产业的优越性；最后以商丘市阿姆斯果汁有限责任公司为具体实例,阐述水果深加工产业对特定区域经济的主导效应,以及龙头企业对区域经济的优势作用,同时揭示了水果深加工企业在发展过程中遇到的问题,并提出了相应的解决方案,为我国水果深加工产业的健康稳定的发展带来启示。
[Abstract]:As a kind of high quality industry which can increase the added value of agricultural products and further improve the income of agricultural products, the development of fruit deep processing industry marks the development level of agricultural modernization in a country. As a big country of fruit production, China has been ranked first in the world since 1993. However, for a long time, the main selling mode of Chinese fruits is the fresh fruit sales. The raw materials used in the fruit processing industry account for a small proportion of the total fruit output, which is not in accordance with the status of the big country of fruit production in our country. However, after the fruit deep processing industry became the key industry in the 12th Five-Year Plan of China's food industry, the Shangqiu fruit deep processing industry has developed to a certain scale after a short period of 10 years. To the local social and economic development has produced the important influence. Therefore, taking Shangqiu as an example, it is of great significance to study the effect of fruit processing industry on local economy. This paper first introduces the background and prospect of fruit deep processing, analyzes the influence of fruit deep processing industry on local economy through economic data and enterprise development, and shows the necessity of fruit deep processing industry in the economic development of agricultural products in China. The regional distribution of the domestic fruit industry is analyzed, and the fruit deep processing industry and traditional fruit sales model are compared, and then the specific analysis of the fruit deep processing industry on the local regional economy driving effect; third, This paper analyzes the influence of Shangqiu fruit deep processing industry on local economic growth, on the adjustment of Shangqiu industrial structure and on the positive role of high quality fruit cultivation, so as to show the superiority of fruit deep processing industry. Finally, taking Shangqiu Ames Fruit Juice Co., Ltd. as a concrete example, the paper expounds the dominant effect of fruit processing industry on specific regional economy, as well as the dominant role of leading enterprises in regional economy. At the same time, the problems encountered in the development of fruit deep processing enterprises are revealed, and the corresponding solutions are put forward, which will bring enlightenment to the healthy and stable development of the fruit processing industry in China.
