贫富差距对中国社会发展的影响与对策

【摘要】：当前中国贫富差距表现出差距直逼危险区、财富集中度高、差距固化和中等收入群体比重下降等特点,贫富差距对道路选择、改革发展、价值取向、社会情绪以及社会安全稳定等造成严重影响。因此,深化收入分配制度改革,缩小贫富差距刻不容缓。必须增强加快推进收入分配改革的意识,改革的具体政策措施力求科学性和实效性,切实提高劳动报酬在初次分配中的比重,强化政府的宏观调控职能。
