贵州省特色优势产业国际化问题研究

【摘要】：贵州省位于我国西部地区，其经济发展水平比较落后。要想摆脱落后的状况必须因地制宜，发展本地特色优势产业。推动特色优势产业国际化对加快贵州经济发展有重大意义，纵观特色优势产业发展的历史轨迹，特色优势产业的发展就是要发现问题，改造问题，培养自身的发展优势，走适合自己的道路。本文的研究以贵州省特色优势产业为对象，系统地梳理出国内外相关理论，探讨了特色优势产业的内涵以及特色优势产业与国际化的相互关系，总结出特色优势产业国际化发展途径。文中从贵州省三大产业中选取36个行业作为样本，采用产业梯度发展系数的分析方法，筛选出了贵州省内具有明显比较优势的产业即煤炭开采和洗选业、饮料制造业、烟草制造业和医药制造业。针对所选出的特色优势产业，从宏观和微观两个角度建立了贵州省特色优势产业指标评价体系，总结出贵州省特色优势产业在国际化发展程度较低。文中研究表明，贵州省医药制造业和煤炭开采和洗选业的国际化进程明显较低，其产品主要还是面向国内投放，并没有在国际上形成较高的认知度。饮料制造业和烟草制造业虽然已经开始了国际化发展，但是其产品的主要市场还是集中在国内，并没有在国外建立分支机构。据此，文章指出了贵州省特色优势产业国际化发展的途径。首先，要具有质量过硬的特色优势产品。其次，要积极寻求境外战略合作伙伴从而提升产品的知名度。最后，特色优势产业国际化要根据当地政策环境，选择适合自己的地区完成技术、产品和资本的国际化输出，，从而保证特色优势产业持续健康发展。
[Abstract]:Guizhou province is located in the western region of China, its economic development level is relatively backward. To get rid of the backward situation, it is necessary to adapt to local conditions, develop local characteristic advantages industry. Promoting the internationalization of characteristic advantage industries is of great significance to speed up the economic development of Guizhou. A survey of the historical track of characteristic advantage industry development and the development of characteristic advantages industry It is to find problems, transform problems, cultivate their own development advantages and take their own path.
This study takes the characteristic industry of Guizhou Province as the object, systematically combs the related theories of abroad and abroad, discusses the connotation of the characteristic advantage industry and the relationship between the characteristic advantage industry and internationalization, and summarizes the way of internationalization of the characteristic advantage industry. In this paper, 36 industries are selected as samples from the three major industries of Guizhou province. With the analytical method of industrial gradient development coefficient, the industries with obvious comparative advantages in Guizhou Province, namely coal mining and washing industry, beverage manufacturing industry, tobacco manufacturing industry and pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, were selected to establish the evaluation system of characteristic advantage industry index of Guizhou province from two angles of macroscopic and microcosmic point of view. It concludes that Guizhou province has a low level of international development with characteristic advantages. The study shows that the internationalization process of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and coal mining and washing industry in Guizhou province is obviously lower, its products are mainly launched in China and have not formed a higher recognition in the world. The international development has begun, but the main market of its products is still concentrated in the country and does not establish branches abroad. Accordingly, the article points out the way to develop the internationalization of the characteristic industries in Guizhou province. In the end, the internationalization of characteristic advantage industries should be based on the local policy environment, choose the suitable area to complete the international output of technology, product and capital, so as to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the characteristic advantage industry.
