[Abstract]:On November 18, President Xi Jinping delivered a keynote speech at the APEC CEO Summit, in which he pointed out that "the fundamentals of China's long-term economic development have not changed, the economy is resilient and has full potential." The basic characteristics of the great room for manoeuvre have not changed, the good support basis and conditions for sustained economic growth have not changed, and the advance situation of economic restructuring and optimization has not changed, "the major strategic judgment said. These four "unchanged" are not only the core understanding of the environment and direction of China's economic development, but also the strategic basis for us to lead the new normal economy. From the four "unchanged" changes and unchanged, we explore the road of China's economic reform and development, as well as the world.
