青海资源型产业集群可持续发展能力评价研究

【摘要】:区域重点资源的可持续发展问题是区域经济学研究的一个重要内容。产业集群作为一种新型的空间经济发展模式,在促进区域经济发展的方面提供了一种全新的思维方式。资源型产业集群作为青海省经济的支柱,其可持续发展问题关系着整个青海省经济的可持续发展。在当前贯彻落实科学发展观,促进可持续发展的大背景下,结合青海省实际情况,本文选择以青海资源型产业集群为研究对象,试图对其可持续发展能力进行评估,以探究其优势以及不足,并期望能为分析青海省其它类型的产业集群提供一个可供参考的分析框架;同时也期望本文能够起到一定的现实作用,为政府制定科学、合理、有效的区域产业发展政策提供借鉴的作用,为实现青海省的绿色经济发展贡献一份力量。 本文采用文献研究方法、理论与实证研究相结合的方法,在指标数据可收集的前提下,从产业发展能力、资源供给能力、科技创新能力以及发展环境能力四个方面构建了评价青海资源型产业集群可持续发展能力的指标体系;以熵值法为基础建立了可持续发展综合评价的数学模型,并利用该模型对青海盐湖特色产业集群的可持续发展能力做了实证分析。此外,,论文应用MATLAB创建了应用熵值法计算的应用程序,以方便数据计算和增强这一方法实用性。
[Abstract]:The sustainable development of regional key resources is an important part of regional economics. As a new mode of spatial economic development, industrial cluster provides a new way of thinking in promoting the development of regional economy. As the pillar of Qinghai economy, the sustainable development of resource-based industrial cluster is related to the sustainable development of Qinghai economy. Under the background of carrying out the concept of scientific development and promoting sustainable development at present, combined with the actual situation of Qinghai Province, this paper chooses Qinghai Resource-Based Industrial Cluster as the research object, and tries to evaluate its sustainable development ability. In order to explore its advantages and disadvantages, and hope to provide a reference analysis framework for the analysis of other types of industrial clusters in Qinghai Province, and also hope that this paper can play a certain role in making scientific and reasonable for the government. Effective regional industrial development policy provides a reference for the realization of green economy in Qinghai province. This paper adopts the method of literature research, theoretical and empirical research, under the premise of collecting index data, from the industrial development ability, resource supply ability, The index system of evaluating the sustainable development ability of Qinghai resource-based industrial cluster is established in four aspects: the ability of science and technology innovation and the ability of developing environment, and the mathematical model of comprehensive evaluation of sustainable development is established on the basis of entropy method. The model is used to analyze the sustainable development ability of Qinghai salt lake industry cluster. In addition, an application program based on entropy method is created by using MATLAB to facilitate data calculation and enhance the practicability of this method.
