新常态和中国经济的走势

【摘要】：中国经济转型要处理好十大问题:中国经济已经进入新常态并应适应新常态;2015年第三季度末,第三产业产值突破GDP比重51%,这是中国经济转身后工业化时代的开始;当前的重要任务是要大力发展第三产业和继续推进工业化并重;中国应该注意到,无论是国有企业还是民营企业,都需要改革和转型;一二三产业一定要协调发展,具有重要意义;结构调整和科技创新,只有进行时,没有终点;经济要走市场化的道路,但是宏观经济调控又是必须存在的;中国要创造新人口红利;要关注当前农村的两个突出问题,包括打工者长期分居问题和送红包的陋习;要发挥第三种调节——道德调节的重要调节作用。
[Abstract]:China's economic transformation must deal with ten problems: China's economy has entered the new normal and should adapt to the new normal, the third quarter of 2015, the tertiary industry output value broke through the proportion of GDP 51, this is the beginning of the post-industrialization era of China's economy; The current important task is to vigorously develop the tertiary industry and continue to promote industrialization. China should pay attention to the need for reform and transformation in both state-owned and private enterprises; the first, second and third industries must develop in a coordinated manner. It is of great significance that structural adjustment and scientific and technological innovation can only be carried out, but there is no end point; the economy must follow the road of marketization, but macroeconomic regulation and control must exist again, and China must create a new demographic dividend; It is necessary to pay attention to two outstanding problems in rural areas, including the problem of long separation of workers and the bad habit of giving red envelopes, and play an important role in regulating the third kind of regulation-moral regulation.
