稳增长首先必须稳心态

【摘要】：正一、对我国当前经济形势的分析第一,2014年以来,我国经济总体是稳定、正常的。从2014年前三个季度的各种统计数据看,1月—7月经济运行正常、平稳;8月工业增加值下行较多,处于异常状态,全国规模以上工业增加值增速降到6.9%,比7月回落2.1个百分点;9月工业增加值增速又恢复到了8%,走向正常。2014年第四季度经济运行比第三季度要好,从第四季度的趋势来看,实现7.5%左右的经济增长目标是有可能的,全年经济增长速度达到7.4%也是极有可能的。尽管8月、9月工业增加值统计数据偏低,但2014年以来有两个数据值得高度关注。一个是就业,前三季度的就业超过1000万,提前一个季度完成了全年目标,
[Abstract]:First, China's economy has been stable and normal since 2014. Judging from all kinds of statistical data for the first three quarters of 2014, the economy ran normally and steadily from January to July. In August, the industrial added value decreased more and was in an abnormal state. The growth rate of industrial added value over national scale dropped to 6.9%, which is 2.1% lower than that in July. In September, the growth rate of industrial added value returned to 8%, moving toward normal. The economic performance in the fourth quarter of 2014 was better than that in the third quarter. Judging from the trend in the fourth quarter, It is possible to achieve an economic growth target of about 7.5 percent and a growth rate of 7.4 percent for the whole year. Although industrial value added statistics were low in August and September, two figures have been highly watched since 2014. One is employment. In the first three quarters, the employment rate exceeded 10 million, and the target for the whole year was completed one quarter ahead of schedule.
