论我国基本经济制度的经济功能

【摘要】：基本经济制度的经济功能是基本经济制度的首要功能,也是其最重要的功能,是基本经济制度制定和实施的最基本价值所在、合理性所在。我国基本经济制度的经济功能主要表现在有利于形成社会生产发展的利益驱力,有利于实现资源优化配置,有利于搞好宏观调控和实现国家发展战略,有利于建立合理的分配机制。没有良好的经济功能,基本经济制度就没有存在的合理性,就没有实施的可行性和现实依据。能否适应生产力要求,能否促进生产力快速发展,能否促进经济社会快速、健康、持续发展,是衡量基本经济制度优劣好坏的根本标准。
[Abstract]:The economic function of the basic economic system is the primary function and the most important function of the basic economic system. It is also the most basic value and rationality of the formulation and implementation of the basic economic system. Optimizing allocation is conducive to doing a good job in macro-control and realizing the national development strategy, and establishing a reasonable distribution mechanism.Without good economic functions, there will be no rationality for the existence of the basic economic system, and there will be no feasibility and realistic basis for its implementation. The rapid, healthy and sustainable development of the economy is the fundamental criterion for measuring the quality of the basic economic system.
