创新型国家优化评价三级指标与应用

【摘要】：创新型国家建设已经成为中国经济社会发展中心任务,根据我国现阶段创新型国家建设的新特征,构建创新型国家建设评价指标,不断提高和优化创新水平,建立系统、完整的三级评价指标体系,在此基础上,通过建立国家创新体系优化模型,运用相关检测方法,针对我国创新型优化指数,通过评价分析,研究我国创新型国家建设的优化程度以及建设中所存在的缺陷,为建设创新型国家、优化国家创新体系,为创新型国家建设提供科学依据,为提高我国创新能力提出对策。
