黄河三角洲地区城镇化与生态环境协调发展关系实证研究

【摘要】：本文以黄河三角洲地区的核心城市东营为例,通过构建专门的城镇化与生态环境协调发展评价指标体系,实证检验2000~2012年黄河三角洲地区城镇化与生态环境的协调发展关系。研究结果表明,黄河三角洲地区城镇化与生态环境之间呈倒U型曲线关系,即随着城镇化进程的不断推进,区域生态环境将呈现先优化后恶化的趋势。而13年来黄河三角洲地区城镇化与生态环境之间的协调度程度呈现由中等向优质的系统演进,但生态环境建设仍整体落后于城镇化进程。
[Abstract]:Taking Dongying, the core city of the Yellow River Delta, as an example, this paper empirically tests the harmonious development of urbanization and ecological environment in the Yellow River Delta region from 2000 to 2012 by constructing a special evaluation index system of urbanization and ecological environment coordination development. The results show that the relationship between urbanization and ecological environment in the Yellow River Delta is inversely U-shaped, that is, with the development of urbanization, the regional ecological environment will be optimized first and then deteriorated. In the past 13 years, the degree of coordination between urbanization and ecological environment in the Yellow River Delta region has evolved from moderate to high quality, but the construction of ecological environment is still lagging behind the process of urbanization.
