中国经济发展奇迹的实现机制——基于制度、政府、优势发挥机制的研究述评

【摘要】：通过对中国经济发展奇迹的实现机制——制度机制、政府作用机制、改革开放促进结构效应和后发优势发挥机制的述评,本文认为中国经济发展奇迹的实现是各种因素综合作用的结果,其中主导因素是中国共产党的领导,构建起平等社会,实行公有制为主体、多种所有制经济共同发展的基本经济制度和社会主义市场经济体制,政府从国家和人民长远利益出发以及能够实施中长期发展战略、计划或规划。对于中国经济发展奇迹实现机制的研究,还需要从以人为中心的经济发展动力机制,以整体史视域下政治、文化、社会、生态、国际因素对经济发展的综合影响等方面加以深化。
[Abstract]:Through a review of the mechanism for realizing the miracle of China's economic development, the institutional mechanism, the mechanism for the role of the government, the mechanism for promoting the structural effect of reform and opening to the outside world and the mechanism for giving play to the late-development advantage, This paper holds that the realization of the miracle of China's economic development is the result of a combination of various factors, among which the leading factor is the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the construction of an equal society and the implementation of public ownership as the main body. The basic economic system and socialist market economic system for the common development of multi-ownership economy, the government proceed from the long-term interests of the country and the people, and can carry out the medium- and long-term development strategy, plan or plan. In order to study the mechanism of realizing the miracle of China's economic development, it is also necessary to study the motive mechanism of economic development from the perspective of people as the center, politics, culture, society and ecology from the perspective of the whole history. The comprehensive impact of international factors on economic development has been deepened.
