南通崇川经济开发区转型升级面临的问题与对策研究

【摘要】:在我国,许多城市型开发区的选址都位于离市中心10公里的范围内,然而随着城市工业化和城市化的双向扩张,相当一部分开发区都普遍面临着“地处城市新发展方向的核心区域,如何实现由传统开发区向新城区的转型发展”的问题。南通崇川经济开发区在从传统型开发区向综合性新城区转型的过程中也面临着类似的问题。对城市型开发区转型升级面临的问题及对策进行实证分析和探讨,对推动城市化进程的快速发展有着重要的实践意义。本论文通过崇川开发区模式转型升级的研究,可实现以点带线、以线扩面经济一体化发展战略有着极为重要的意义。 本论文从三个方面进行论述,第一部分以崇川开发区为实证,结合调查与分析,阐述崇川开发区发展现状,提出转型升级的实践依据;第二,通过对崇川开发区的现状分析,阐述南通崇川开发区转型升级所面临的问题;第三,基于这些问题,对如何推进崇川开发区转型升级阐述了对策研究。城市型开发区转型升级对策涉及到产业发展模式、管理模式、创新模式以及招商模式等方面,并最终对开发区转型升级的路径提出总结性研究思路。
[Abstract]:In China, many urban development zones are located within 10 kilometers of the city center. However, with the two-way expansion of urban industrialization and urbanization, A considerable number of development zones are generally faced with the problem of "how to realize the transformation and development from traditional development zones to new urban areas", which is located at the core of the new direction of urban development. Chongchuan Economic Development Zone in Nantong is faced with similar problems in the process of transition from traditional development zone to comprehensive new urban area. It is of great practical significance to analyze and discuss the problems and countermeasures faced by the transformation and upgrading of urban development zones, which is of great practical significance to promote the rapid development of urbanization. Through the research on the transformation and upgrading of Chongchuan Development Zone, it is of great significance to realize the development strategy of economic integration with dot belt line and line expansion. This paper discusses from three aspects, the first part of the Chongchuan Development Zone as an empirical study, combined with the investigation and analysis of the development of Chongchuan Development Zone, put forward the practical basis for transformation and upgrading; second, through the analysis of the current situation of Chongchuan Development Zone, This paper expounds the problems faced by the transformation and upgrading of Chongchuan Development Zone in Nantong. Thirdly, based on these problems, the countermeasures of how to promote the transformation and upgrading of Chongchuan Development Zone are discussed. The countermeasures of transformation and upgrading of urban development zones are related to the industrial development model, management model, innovation model and investment model, and finally put forward a summary of the path of development zone transformation and upgrading.
