喀什地区出口贸易对经济增长贡献研究

【摘要】：出口贸易在推动一个国家和地区的经济增长中发挥着重要的作用。喀什地区是经济欠发达地区，但是通过发展出口贸易，促进喀什地区的经济增长，喀什地区具有诸多的优势条件，符合喀什地区现在及今后的发展实际。 通过对喀什地区外贸发展的整体情况做全面了解的基础上，从中研析出喀什地区出口贸易与经济增长的关系、作用、贡献及喀什出口贸易如何促进喀什经济增长这个现实和紧迫的问题具有十分重要意义。在经济增长理论、出口贸易理论的指导下，理论联系实际，采取查阅相关年鉴与文献以及去统计局、外经贸局等单位实地调研获取相关数据与资料，并到相关外贸企业实地了解有关情况等，根据有关数据和发展实际采用定量分析和定性分析相结合的方法，对喀什地区经济增长和对外贸易不同时期的发展特点，运用比较分析；对喀什地区出口贸易和经济增长的现状，从出口贸易对GDP的依存度、贡献度、拉动度角度进行了相关分析，以及分别对出口贸易与GDP、出口贸易与三次产业建立模型，进行单位根检验、协整检验、格兰杰因果检验和面板数据模型等对喀什地区出口贸易对喀什地区经济增长、产业结构优化的贡献进行了实证分析，并对分析结果进行了整理。 通过对喀什地区出口贸易与经济增长的定量和实证分析，得出以下结论：（1）喀什地区经济增长势头良好，三次产业结构逐步优化，人均GDP不断上升。（2）喀什地区出口贸易发展趋势良好，出口贸易依存度、贡献度、拉动度也逐步上升，出口贸易主体、贸易国别不断扩大。（3）从长期看来，喀什地区GDP与出口贸易之间存在着稳定的关系，出口贸易的增长促进了经济的增长。（4）从短期看来，出口贸易对经济增长的作用较小。（5）出口对产业结构影响来看，出口贸易增加对第三产业的发展作用较为突出，对第二产业还不明显。（6）喀什地区出口贸易发展中存在出口贸易总量不足，出口商品技术含量低，生产加工企业和本地产品所占比重少，，外经贸人才匮乏，贸易市场结构不平衡，基础设施不完善等问题。（7）针对喀什地区出口贸易存在的问题，对进一步扩大出口贸易量,支持高技术含量、高附加值产品出口，增加生产加工企业，提高本地产品出口比重，培训和培养外经贸人才，调整贸易市场结构、改善基础设施方面提出了建议。
[Abstract]:Export trade plays an important role in promoting the economic growth of a country and region. Kashi region is an underdeveloped region, but by developing export trade to promote the economic growth of Kashi region, Kashi region has many advantages, which is in line with the present and future development of Kashi region. On the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the overall situation of the development of foreign trade in Kashgar, the relationship between export trade and economic growth in Kashi is analyzed from China and China. It is of great significance to make contribution and how to promote the economic growth of Kashi. Under the guidance of economic growth theory and export trade theory, combining theory with practice, we should consult relevant yearbooks and documents, go to the Bureau of Statistics, foreign trade bureau, and other units to investigate and obtain relevant data and materials on the spot. And to the relevant foreign trade enterprises to find out the relevant situation on the spot, according to the relevant data and the actual development of the use of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of the Kashi region economic growth and foreign trade in different periods of development characteristics, Using comparative analysis, this paper analyzes the current situation of export trade and economic growth in Kashi region, and analyzes the dependence, contribution and pull degree of export trade on GDP. As well as establishing models of export trade and GDP, export trade and three industries respectively, carrying on unit root test, cointegration test, Granger causality test and panel data model to Kashi region export trade to Kashi region economic growth. The contribution of industrial structure optimization is analyzed empirically, and the results are sorted out. Through quantitative and empirical analysis of export trade and economic growth in Kashi region, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) Kashi region has a good economic growth momentum and three industrial structures are gradually optimized. The per capita GDP is rising. (2) the export trade in Kashi region has a good development trend, the dependence, contribution and pull degree of export trade are also rising gradually. (3) in the long run, the main body of export trade and the countries of trade continue to expand. (3) in the long run, There is a stable relationship between GDP and export trade in Kashgar region. The growth of export trade promotes economic growth. (4) in the short term, export trade has little effect on economic growth. (5) the impact of export on industrial structure. The increase in export trade plays a more prominent role in the development of the tertiary industry, but not in the secondary industry. (6) in the development of export trade in Kashi, the total amount of export trade is insufficient and the technical content of export commodities is low. Production and processing enterprises and local products account for a small proportion, foreign economic and trade personnel are scarce, trade market structure is unbalanced, infrastructure is not perfect, etc. (7) in view of the problems existing in export trade in Kashi region, it is necessary to further expand the volume of export trade. Some suggestions are put forward for supporting the export of high technology, high added value products, increasing production and processing enterprises, increasing the proportion of export of local products, training and training talents in foreign trade and economic cooperation, adjusting the structure of trade market and improving infrastructure.
