浙江省地区贫富差距的测度和影响因素分析

【摘要】：改革开放以来,随着国民经济的发展,浙江省经济发展取得巨大成就,人民生活水平显著提高。我们不仅要看到这些喜人成绩,还要注意到一个事实：浙江省地区贫富差距正在逐步拉大。在以往的文献中,大多数学者主要讨论了收入差距,原因是收入差距能够在很大程度上表现贫富差距,尤其是在数据的统计中,收入差距更易于统计。同时,不同的学者对我省的收入差距从不同的视角进行了分析,在这些分析中,对我省收入差距与我省经济增长关系的研究比较多。但是,对于其它的影响分析相对较少。因此,本文基于前人的研究成果,试图区分收入差距和贫富差距,认为贫富差距包括收入差距,更具有社会性。一个经济体在其发展过程中出现了一定的贫富差距应该说是一种正常现象,也是一种必然现象,但如果这一贫富差距不断地扩大和长时间的存在一定会阻碍经济的进一步发展,甚至破坏社会的稳定,也不利于社会主义和谐社会的建设。对浙江省地区贫富差距的测度及其影响因素的分析,可以较为准确地了解,并掌握浙江省11个地市的经济发展状况,通过研究浙江经济发展特点,分析造成浙江省11个地市经济差异的原因,有利于防止地区经济发展差异出现过大的趋势,为政府部门提供缩小地区经济发展差异的政策建议,为实现浙江经济协调发展乃至经济的可持续发展都有着重要的现实意义。研究东部省区内部之间引起经济差异的原因,并采取有效措施缩小这种差异,对于扩大东部省区的辐射作用有很大意义。文章共分为五章：第一章为绪论,首先阐述研究背景与研究意义,国内外相关问题研究综述,指出论文研究的思路和论文的结构框架,还有本文的创新之处：第二章为地区贫富差距评价指标体系的构建,先是介绍指标体系构建的原则和作用：第三章为浙江省地区贫富差距的测度,先是介绍综合评价方法研究,主要是介绍本文采用的无量纲化,赋权方法和评价模型合成方法,然后是具体的测算；第四章为浙江省地区贫富差距的影响因素的分析和量化；第五章为结论、对策和展望。文章的创新点：第一,已有的文献大多是基于收入差距或人均GDP来测度贫富差距,本文通过构建指标体系来测度浙江省11个地市的贫富差距；第二,浙江是一个民营经济发达的省份,所以在考虑贫富差距的影响因素的量化时,引入民间投资这个变量,得出民间投资对浙江经济的作用。文章的主要结论：第一,通过构建地区贫富差距指标体系,利用主成分分析得到3个系统的得分,再利用聚类分析,得到杭州和宁波为一类,是富裕地区；嘉兴、湖州、绍兴和温州、金华、台州为一类,是较富裕地区；舟山、丽水和衢州为一类,是欠富裕地区。第二,从影响贫富差距的主要因素看,本文选取了5个因素,通过量化,利用主成分回归法建立模型。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the development of the national economy, Zhejiang Province has made great achievements in economic development, and the living standards of the people have improved significantly. We should not only see these gratifying achievements, but also pay attention to the fact that the gap between the rich and the poor in Zhejiang Province is gradually widening. In the previous literature, most scholars mainly discussed the income gap, the reason is that the income gap can show the gap between the rich and the poor to a large extent, especially in the statistics of data, the income gap is easier to count. At the same time, different scholars analyze the income gap of our province from different angles of view. In these analyses, there are many studies on the relationship between income gap and economic growth in our province. However, there is relatively little analysis of other impacts. Therefore, based on the previous research results, this paper tries to distinguish between the income gap and the gap between the rich and the poor, and holds that the gap between the rich and the poor includes the income gap and is more social. A certain gap between the rich and the poor in an economy should be said to be a normal and inevitable phenomenon in the course of its development. However, if the gap between the rich and the poor continues to widen and the existence of the gap for a long time will definitely hinder the further development of the economy, Even to undermine social stability, is not conducive to the construction of a socialist harmonious society. Through the analysis of the measurement of the gap between the rich and the poor in Zhejiang Province and its influencing factors, we can accurately understand and grasp the economic development situation of 11 cities in Zhejiang Province, and study the characteristics of economic development in Zhejiang Province. The analysis of the causes of the economic differences in 11 cities in Zhejiang Province is helpful to prevent the regional economic development differences from appearing too large a trend and to provide policy suggestions for the government departments to narrow the regional economic development differences. In order to realize the coordinated development of Zhejiang economy and even the sustainable development of economy, it has important practical significance. It is of great significance to study the causes of the economic difference between the eastern provinces and regions and to take effective measures to reduce the difference. The article is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction. Firstly, the research background and significance, the domestic and foreign related issues are summarized, and the ideas and structure of the thesis are pointed out. There are some innovations in this paper: the second chapter is the construction of the evaluation index system of the regional gap between the rich and the poor, first introduces the principles and functions of the index system construction; the third chapter is the measurement of the gap between the rich and the poor in Zhejiang Province, and first introduces the research of comprehensive evaluation methods. It mainly introduces the dimensionless method, weighting method and evaluation model combination method adopted in this paper, then the concrete calculation; the fourth chapter is the analysis and quantification of the influencing factors of the gap between the rich and the poor in Zhejiang province; the fifth chapter is the conclusion, the countermeasure and the prospect. The innovations of this paper are as follows: first, most of the existing literature is based on the income gap or per capita GDP to measure the gap between the rich and the poor, this paper measures the gap between the rich and the poor in 11 cities of Zhejiang Province by constructing an index system; second, Zhejiang is a province with developed private economy, so when considering the quantification of the factors affecting the gap between the rich and the poor, the variable of folk investment is introduced, and the effect of private investment on Zhejiang economy is obtained. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: first, by constructing the regional index system of the gap between the rich and the poor, using the principal component analysis to get the scores of the three systems, and then using the cluster analysis, it is concluded that Hangzhou and Ningbo are one of the rich regions, Jiaxing, Huzhou, Shaoxing, Wenzhou, Jinhua and Taizhou are one of the wealthier regions, while Zhoushan, Lishui and Quzhou are less affluent areas. Second, from the perspective of the main factors affecting the gap between rich and poor, this paper selects five factors, through quantification, using principal component regression method to establish a model.
