基于循环经济的流程工业企业物质流建模与仿真
[Abstract]:The process industry belongs to the industry with high resource consumption and high pollution emission. At present, developing circular economy, exploring ways to reduce resource consumption and environmental pollution, and doing well internal material circulation are the urgent needs of process industry enterprises. In this paper, the material flow analysis method is combined with the Petri net method, and a modeling method from the material flow analysis model to the Petri net model is presented step by step. Based on this method, the material flow modeling of the production system of a certain salt lake chemical enterprise is realized. The simulation of the model is realized by using the Stateflow tool in Matlab, and the purpose of the quantitative analysis and dynamic simulation of the material flow in the production process of the enterprise is achieved. The results show that the model can describe the complicated material flow process clearly and intuitively, and quantify the material utilization of the enterprise by using the step-by-step formal modeling method combined with the material flow analysis and hybrid Petri net. It can also reflect that the continuity of the material flow process is affected by discrete operation of the production process, which provides the method and basis for the quantitative evaluation and decision-making of circular economy, and helps to reduce the material consumption and pollution in the whole process. Reduce the incidence of failures and promote the economic and social benefits of the process industry enterprises. Based on the case study, the application value of modeling method is further highlighted in this paper. In order to improve the efficiency of material use and reduce the emission of environmental pollution, the key to improve the efficiency of material utilization and reduce the emission of environmental pollution lies in the grasp of the flow of materials, the intensity of consumption and the structure of pollution emissions. Only in this way can we strengthen the material recycling within the scope of the enterprise, and then promote the material circulation with the enterprise and the society. Finally, according to the characteristics of circular economy system, this paper proposes a coupling Petri net model of material flow, energy flow and information flow, which takes energy flow and information flow into account, and further improves the simulation method. To increase the controllability of the simulation process and other suggestions.
