如何应对中国经济中的“米德冲突”

【摘要】：自我国改革开放,实行市场经济体制以来,曾经出现过多次比较明显的"米德冲突",即无法通过单一的宏观经济政策来实现内外经济的双均衡。加之,由于我国的内外经济失衡是由多种因素所导致的,而支出调整型政策又受到原有经济体制改革等遗留问题的束缚。因此,传统、单一的经济政策已无法适合应对我国经济中的"米德冲突"。本文从我国出现过的几次较为明显的内外经济双失衡出发,为应如何将多种政策相综合,多管齐下,来应对中国经济中的"米德冲突"提出了几点建议。
[Abstract]:Since China's reform and opening up and the implementation of the market economy system, there have been many obvious "Meade conflicts", that is, it is impossible to achieve the double equilibrium of internal and external economy through a single macroeconomic policy. In addition, the imbalance of internal and external economy in China is caused by many factors, and the policy of expenditure adjustment is constrained by the problems left over by the reform of the original economic system. Therefore, the tradition, the single economic policy has been unable to deal with our country economy "Meade conflict". Starting from several obvious internal and external economic imbalances in China, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to integrate various policies and deal with the "Meade conflict" in China's economy.
