基于产业链安全的柴达木循环经济发展模式研究

【摘要】：结合柴达木地区的社会经济条件和自然资源禀赋状况，采用理论与实践、定量与定性分析相结合的方法，通过建立指标评价体系，运用层次分析法对柴达木地区循环经济发展的六大主导产业体系内的产业链的安全性进行测度与评价，，并依据产业链安全性评价结果的不同提出适合地区循环经济发展的模式，最后在全面分析地区各种不同影响因素的基础上，为今后更好地提升柴达木地区产业链的安全性和循环经济发展模式的竞争力提出了具有针对性的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:In combination with the social and economic conditions and natural resource endowment in Qaidam region, the method of combining theory and practice, quantitative and qualitative analysis is adopted to establish an index evaluation system. This paper uses AHP to measure and evaluate the safety of industrial chain in the six leading industrial systems of circular economy development in Qaidam area, and puts forward a suitable model for the development of regional circular economy according to the different evaluation results of the safety of industry chain. Finally, on the basis of comprehensive analysis of various influencing factors in the region, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for improving the security of the Chaidamu industrial chain and the competitiveness of the circular economy development model in the future.
