中国居民收入分配差距的原因分析与对策研究

【摘要】：收入分配问题与经济发展相生相伴,各种经济利益主体间的关系被它们所揭示,而且利益关系背后的各种决定因素也被它们所反映。收入分配制度是否合理有效,直接关系到人民群众的切身利益,关系到国民经济是否能持续、快速、健康发展,关系到国家的长治久安。改革开放30多年来,我国经济得到了快速发展,城镇居民收入普遍提高,但是城镇居民收入差距却越来越大,不公平问题越来越严重。政府和理论界都在着力研究解决的办法。本文首先对收入分配理论的文献和理论进行了回顾,然后从城乡、地区与行业三个角度出发,分析当前我国居民收入分配差距扩大的现状和产生的原因,最后提出合理的对策建议,争取最终从根本上解决我国居民收入分配差距问题。本文共分为以下六个部分：第一章为引言。主要阐述论文选题的背景、意义、文献综述及研究方法与可能的创新点。第二章为收入分配理论综述。详细介绍居民收入分配理论的历史演变进程。第三章为我国居民收入分配差距的现状。分别从城乡、地区和行业三个角度详细描述我国居民收入分配的现状。第四章为我国居民收入分配差距的原因分析。从城乡、地区和行业三大方面,城乡二元结构、户籍制度、经济体制影响、区域发展政策、制度因素、产业结构、市场因素、行业差别与人力资本和行业性质九个小项论述居民收入分配差距的成因。为第五章提出解决思路做出事实铺垫。第五章为缩小我国居民收入分配差距的对策建议。力求从更深层次为解决我国城镇居民收入分配问题提供可借鉴之处。第六章为结论。总结论文观点,提出本文的不足之处：对我国城镇居民收入分配问题广度和深度的研究程度还不够。
[Abstract]:The problem of income distribution is concomitant with economic development, and the relationship between various economic stakeholders is revealed by them, and the determinants behind the interest relationship are also reflected by them. Whether the income distribution system is reasonable and effective is directly related to the vital interests of the people, to the sustained, rapid and healthy development of the national economy and to the long-term stability of the country. Since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years, the economy of our country has been developing rapidly, and the income of urban residents has generally increased, but the income gap of urban residents is becoming wider and larger, and the problem of unfairness is becoming more and more serious. Both the government and the theorists are working hard on solutions. This paper first reviews the literature and theories of income distribution theory, then analyzes the current situation and causes of the widening income distribution gap in China from the perspectives of urban and rural areas, regions and industries. Finally, reasonable countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to solve the problem of income distribution gap. This paper is divided into the following six parts: the first chapter is the introduction. This paper mainly describes the background, significance, literature review, research methods and possible innovation. The second chapter is an overview of income distribution theory. The historical evolution of income distribution theory is introduced in detail. The third chapter is the current situation of income distribution gap in China. The present situation of income distribution of Chinese residents is described in detail from three angles of urban and rural areas, regions and industries. The fourth chapter is the analysis of the reason of the income distribution gap in our country. The dual structure of urban and rural areas, the household registration system, the influence of economic system, the regional development policy, the institutional factors, the industrial structure, the market factors, Industry difference, human capital and industry nature of nine sub-items to discuss the causes of income distribution gap. For the fifth chapter to put forward solutions to make the facts. The fifth chapter is to narrow the gap of income distribution of Chinese residents. This paper tries to provide a reference for solving the problem of income distribution of urban residents in China from a deeper level. Chapter six is the conclusion. This paper summarizes the points of view and points out the deficiency of this paper: the research on the breadth and depth of the income distribution problem of urban residents in China is not enough.
