我国跨越“中等收入陷阱”的动力机制与路径选择

【摘要】：发挥人口红利优势、改善要素市场供给、优化产业结构、促进自主创新是当前我国经济长期增长的主要动力,要保持增长动力并成功跨越"中等收入陷阱",可行路径包括:偏重消费的经济结构转型以及发展新兴产业的投资结构升级。前者依赖于中小企业的创新精神与大型企业的产业整合能力的有效对接;后者则长期依赖于收入分配占国民经济的比重的稳步提升。由于消费提升依赖于居民可支配收入的提升与储蓄率的下降,可以预期,消费转型是我国经济发展的长期趋势,而投资结构转型的产业政策则是当前经济问题的应对之策。
[Abstract]:Giving full play to the advantages of demographic dividend, improving the supply of factor market, optimizing the industrial structure, and promoting independent innovation are the main driving forces for the long-term economic growth of our country. The feasible path includes: the economic structure transformation with emphasis on consumption and the upgrading of investment structure of developing new industries. The former depends on the innovation spirit of small and medium-sized enterprises and the effective docking of the industrial integration ability of large enterprises, while the latter relies on the steady improvement of the proportion of income distribution in the national economy for a long time. Due to the increase of consumption depends on the increase of disposable income and the decrease of savings rate, it can be expected that the transformation of consumption is the long-term trend of economic development in China, and the industrial policy of the transformation of investment structure is the solution to the current economic problems.
