我国行业收入差距与市场结构和物价水平的变动关系研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来,我国经济实现了高速发展。但是,在经济高速发展的同时,另外一些问题逐渐引起社会关注,中国的行业收入差距在逐渐增大,一些行业收入较高,但是却仍然保持高速增长,而另外一些行业则相反,收入持续保持较低速度,中国的收入分配是否公平,中国的行业收入分配是否存在问题,到底是什么原因导致了我国目前巨大的行业收入分配差距等等问题引起了社会的关注。因此,笔者从思考这些行业收入分配相关的问题出发,分析和整理了90年代以来我国学者对行业收入分配问题的研究,提出了当前研究的现状和不足,并通过计算极值差,极值比,泰尔指数,基尼系数和增长率对我国行业收入差距的发展历程进行了回顾,进而介绍了本文的一些基础概念,包括物价水平,市场结构和行业收入差距及其测度方法,并从理论角度分析了市场结构、物价水平和行业收入分配差距的关系,分析了在完美的市场条件下工资的决定因素,在此基础上分析了在市场结构存在差异下对行业收入分配的影响,并从中国改革开放背景下研究了垄断性行业的特殊性,建立了中国行业收入分配持续拉大的理论模型,最后采用1995年到2011年我国10个行业的数据对上述结论进行了实证检验。认为要减少我国日益扩大的行业收入分配差距应当控制高收入行业的收入,尤其是垄断行业的收入提高,控制通货膨胀,防止物价涨幅过大,加大对收入较低行业的扶持力度,最后通过深化税费改革,采用再分配方式降低行业收入分配差距。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has achieved high-speed development. However, while the economy is developing at a high speed, some other problems have gradually aroused social concern. The industry income gap in China is gradually increasing, and some industries have higher incomes, but still maintain a high growth rate, while some other industries are on the contrary. The problems of low income, fair income distribution, whether there are problems in China's industry income distribution, and what causes the huge gap of industry income distribution in China have attracted the attention of the society. Therefore, starting from thinking about the problems related to the income distribution of these industries, the author analyzes and arranges the research on the income distribution of the industry by Chinese scholars since the 1990s, and points out the present situation and shortcomings of the current research, and calculates the extreme value difference. Extreme value ratio, Thiel index, Gini coefficient and growth rate review the development of industry income gap in China, and then introduce some basic concepts of this paper, including price level, market structure, industry income gap and its measurement method. The relationship between market structure, price level and industry income distribution gap is analyzed from the theoretical point of view, and the determinants of wage under perfect market conditions are analyzed. On this basis, this paper analyzes the influence of market structure on industry income distribution, studies the particularity of monopoly industry under the background of China's reform and opening up, and sets up a theoretical model for the sustained expansion of industry income distribution in China. Finally, the data of 10 industries from 1995 to 2011 are used to test the above conclusions. In order to reduce the widening gap of income distribution in industries in China, we should control the income of high-income industries, especially monopoly industries, control inflation, prevent excessive price increases, and increase support for lower-income industries. Finally, by deepening the tax and fee reform, the redistribution method is adopted to reduce the income distribution gap in the industry.
