我国功能性分配结构的国际比较研究

【摘要】：功能理性分配结构也即劳动收入份额的国际比较研究对研究我国劳动收入的分配结构与发展有着重要的研究价值,但一直面临我国要素收入的计算口径与国际上存在差异而结论迥异。为解决这一口径差异所导致的比较差异,部分学者采取了通过一定的调整方式来实现口径一致性从而获得比较结果。文章则转换研究视角,改变劳动收入份额的绝对值角度而从劳动份额的变动值进行国际比较,通过数据驱动角度利用模型测度量化了谨慎原则下的功能性收入结构,从方法上拓展了调整劳动收入份额的思路,从结论上印证了核算角度量化功能性收入结构的结论。而且,为掌握更确切功能性分配问题提供了调整劳动收入份额的又一研究角度。
[Abstract]:The international comparative study of the functional rational distribution structure, that is, the share of labor income, is of great value to the study of the distribution structure and development of labor income in China. However, the calculation of factor income in our country is different from that in the world and the conclusion is quite different. In order to solve the difference caused by this caliber difference, some scholars have adopted some adjustment methods to achieve the caliber consistency and obtain the comparison results. The paper changes the perspective of research, changes the absolute value angle of labor income share and makes international comparison from the change value of labor share, and quantifies the functional income structure under the principle of caution by using the model measure from the angle of data drive. The idea of adjusting the share of labor income is expanded from the method, and the conclusion of quantifying the functional income structure from the point of view of accounting is confirmed. Moreover, it provides another research angle to adjust the share of labor income in order to grasp the more accurate functional distribution problem.
