辽宁省海域生态承载力综合测度分析

【摘要】:海域生态系统是一个复杂的地域空间综合体,沿海地区的发展与生态环境之间发生着千丝万缕的联系,沿海城镇的形成不断地影响和改变着海洋生态环境,同时,海洋生态环境对沿海地区的发展提供了重要的资源、环境和生态支撑。目前针对我国沿海地区生态环境发展现状及其产生的资源环境问题,探讨沿海地区的海域生态承载力的应用研究尚不多见。沿海地区有着不同于单个区域的独特特征,其经济集群性、区域合作性都对资源环境承载力的研究提出了新的要求。对这一类区域的资源环境承载力进行深入研究,对充实和完善区域承载力理论研究具有重要的意义。由于目前的研究成果中,主要集中于区域单要素的承载力研究,如水资源、土地、大气等单要素承载力,而多要素的综合承载能力研究较少,单要素承载力研究的局限性较大,生态综合承载力的研究就显得越来越迫切,因此,需要加强交叉综合研究,用系统的理论来研究沿海地区海域生态承载力问题。 海域生态承载力研究针对沿海地区一代表性区域,在现有的经济条件和科技水平下,探讨沿海资源环境对社会经济系统可持续发展的支持能力。以可持续发展作为沿海经济发展的理论基础来衡量资源环境系统与社会经济系统之间的作用机理,是研究沿海海域生态承载力的本质,在此基础上构建合理科学的综合测度指标体系和测算模型是海域生态承载力研究的关键。基于以上几点,本文对辽宁省海域生态承载力进行了研究。 第一章为绪论部分。阐述本文研究背景与意义,并介绍本文的研究内容与创新点。 第二章系统总结国内外承载力、资源承载力、环境承载力、资源环境综合承载力和海域生态承载力的研究内容和主要研究方法,,并对其研究进展进行总体评述,提出海域生态承载力的研究重点。 第三章对辽宁省的海洋资源以及海洋经济发展做了基本介绍,并对辽宁省主要海洋产业发展现状以及产业结构特征做了分析。 第四章为辽宁省海域生态承载力的综合测算部分,构建沿海地区海域生态承载状态综合测度指标体系,建立综合测度模型,并提出综合评价方法。以辽宁省为例,对其海域生态承载状态进行综合测度与评价,并对辽宁省海洋资源环境和海洋产业的可持续发展状态进行评价。 第五章提出提高辽宁省海域生态系统承载力的对策建议。 第六章结论与展望。
[Abstract]:The marine ecosystem is a complex regional spatial complex, the development of coastal areas and ecological environment are inextricably linked, the formation of coastal towns constantly affect and change the marine ecological environment, at the same time, Marine ecological environment provides important resources, environment and ecological support for the development of coastal areas. At present, in view of the current situation of ecological environment development and the problems of resources and environment in coastal areas of China, it is rare to discuss the application of ecological carrying capacity in coastal areas. Coastal areas are different from single regions in their unique characteristics, their economic clusters and regional cooperation all put forward new requirements for the study of the carrying capacity of resources and environment. It is of great significance to study the carrying capacity of resources and environment in this kind of region, which is of great significance to enrich and perfect the theory of regional carrying capacity. Because the current research results mainly focus on the study of the bearing capacity of single element, such as water resources, land, atmosphere and so on, but the comprehensive bearing capacity of many factors is less, the research of single factor bearing capacity is more limited. The study of ecological comprehensive bearing capacity is becoming more and more urgent. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the cross-comprehensive research and to study the ecological carrying capacity of coastal waters by systematic theory. The study on ecological carrying capacity of sea area aims at a representative area of coastal area, under the existing economic conditions and the level of science and technology, discusses the supporting ability of coastal resources and environment to the sustainable development of social economic system. Taking sustainable development as the theoretical basis of coastal economic development, it is essential to study the ecological carrying capacity of coastal waters to measure the mechanism of action between resources and environment system and social economic system. On this basis, it is the key to study the ecological carrying capacity of sea area to construct a reasonable and scientific comprehensive measurement index system and a measuring model. Based on the above points, the ecological carrying capacity of Liaoning sea area is studied in this paper. The first chapter is the introduction. This paper describes the background and significance of this study, and introduces the research content and innovation. The second chapter systematically summarizes the research contents and main research methods of carrying capacity, resource carrying capacity, environmental carrying capacity, comprehensive carrying capacity of resources and environment and ecological carrying capacity of sea area, and makes a general comment on its research progress. The emphasis of the study on ecological carrying capacity of sea area is put forward. The third chapter introduces the marine resources and the development of marine economy in Liaoning Province, and analyzes the present situation and industrial structure characteristics of the main marine industries in Liaoning Province. The fourth chapter is the comprehensive calculation part of the ecological carrying capacity in Liaoning Province. The comprehensive measurement index system of the ecological bearing capacity in coastal areas is constructed, the comprehensive measurement model is established, and the comprehensive evaluation method is put forward. Taking Liaoning Province as an example, this paper comprehensively measures and evaluates the ecological bearing state of its sea area, and evaluates the sustainable development state of marine resources and environment and marine industry in Liaoning Province. The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the carrying capacity of marine ecosystem in Liaoning Province. Chapter 6: conclusion and prospect.
