山西省产业结构演进与城镇化发展的现状及关系研究

【摘要】：产业结构的演进与城镇化的发展密切，产业结构转换是经济发展的表现形式，经济的持续发展是城镇化的前提，而城镇化是经济增长的必然结果。工业化、城镇化是经济发展中产业结构、空间结构变迁的过程，二者互为动力，，共同发展。从我国城镇化发展的历史经验来看，在东部经济发达地区，由于产业结构优化升级速度快，城镇化发展迅速；而在经济欠发达的中西部区域，由于产业结构不合理，第三产业发展缓慢，严重影响了这些区域的城镇化发展。城镇化的发展以产业结构演进为依托，而城市职能的完善，体系的增加又可以促进产业结构进一步优化升级。因此，研究产业结构演进与城镇化发展的互动机制，探讨两者之间的互动规律，是实现产业结构升级与城镇化协调发展的理论基础。根据中国各省份资源丰裕度（RAI）的排名，煤炭储量达2800亿吨的山西省位列第一，产业结构也以采掘业和上游原料生产为主，第二产业始终高于全国平均水平。然而丰富的资源并没有带来经济的快速发展，2011年山西省GDP为12112.81亿元，在全国省份中排名仅为21名，相应地，2012年，山西城镇化水平为51.2%，滞后于其工业化水平。山西如何摆脱“资源诅咒”，推进产业结构优化升级，促进城镇化良好快速发展是实现山西由能源大省转型到经济大省的关键。 本文通过对山西产业结构演进与城镇化发展历程的分析，梳理总结了产业结构与城镇化发展的特征与问题，在此基础上，选取1991-2011年的城镇化率与二次、三次产业产值作为指标，通过协整检验与格兰杰因果分析，从实证角度分析了山西省产业结构与城镇化发展的长期作用机制，得到了三者之间的因果关系。格兰杰因果检验表明，城镇化对二次产业、三次产业发展有重要作用，而产业结构演进并不是推动城镇化发展的格兰杰原因。文章共分为五个部分进行：首先，是论文的引言部分，陈述本文的研究目的与意义，回顾总结国内外文献研究，介绍最新研究动态；其次，阐述产业结构演进与城镇化的内涵与经典理论以及二者的相互作用机理。再次，分析山西省产业结构演进与城镇化发展历程及现状，归纳总结发展特点；接下来，利用数据，实证分析21年来城镇化和产业结构演进过程，分析两者之间的互动关系，得出两者互动规律。并对城镇化与产业结构如何协调发展作出思考。最后，对论文的不足与展望进行总结。
[Abstract]:The evolution of industrial structure is closely related to the development of urbanization. The transformation of industrial structure is the manifestation of economic development, the sustainable development of economy is the premise of urbanization, and urbanization is the inevitable result of economic growth. Industrialization and urbanization are the changing process of industrial structure and spatial structure in economic development. From the historical experience of China's urbanization development, in the eastern economically developed areas, due to the rapid speed of industrial structure optimization and upgrading, urbanization is developing rapidly; However, in the underdeveloped central and western regions, the development of tertiary industry is slow due to unreasonable industrial structure, which seriously affects the urbanization development of these regions. The development of urbanization is based on the evolution of industrial structure, and the perfection of urban functions and the increase of system can promote the further optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. Therefore, to study the interactive mechanism between the evolution of industrial structure and the development of urbanization, and to explore the interactive law between them, is the theoretical basis to realize the harmonious development of industrial structure upgrading and urbanization. Shanxi Province, which has 280 billion tons of coal reserves, ranks first in terms of the (RAI) ranking of the provinces' abundance of resources. The industrial structure is also dominated by extractive industries and upstream raw materials production, and the secondary industry is always above the national average. However, the abundant resources have not brought about the rapid economic development. The GDP of Shanxi Province in 2011 was 1.211281 trillion yuan, ranking only 21 in the whole country. Accordingly, in 2012, the urbanization level of Shanxi Province was 51.2, lagging behind its industrialization level. How to get rid of the "resource curse", promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, and promote the good and rapid development of urbanization are the key to realize the transformation of Shanxi from a large energy province to a large economic province. Based on the analysis of the evolution of Shanxi's industrial structure and the development of urbanization, this paper summarizes the characteristics and problems of industrial structure and urbanization development. On this basis, the paper selects the urbanization rate and the second time in 1991-2011. By cointegration test and Granger causality analysis, this paper analyzes the long-term mechanism of industrial structure and urbanization development in Shanxi Province from the perspective of empirical analysis, and obtains the causal relationship between them. Granger causality test shows that urbanization plays an important role in the development of secondary industry and tertiary industry, and the evolution of industrial structure is not the Granger reason to promote the development of urbanization. The article is divided into five parts: first, the introduction of the paper, the purpose and significance of this paper, review and summarize the domestic and foreign literature research, introduce the latest research trends; Secondly, it expounds the connotation and classical theory of industrial structure evolution and urbanization, as well as their interaction mechanism. Thirdly, it analyzes the evolution of industrial structure and the development of urbanization in Shanxi Province, and summarizes the characteristics of the development. Then, using the data, the paper empirically analyzes the process of urbanization and industrial structure evolution in the past 21 years, analyzes the interactive relationship between the two, and obtains the interaction law between the two. And the urbanization and industrial structure how to coordinate the development of thinking. Finally, the paper summarizes the shortcomings and prospects.
