吉林省中部城市群中心与外围城市经济联系研究

【摘要】:吉林中部城市群处于吉林省自然地理条件最好的地区,具有发展的先天优势。地势、水源等基础较好;在交通方面,中心城市到外围城市都实现铁路和高速公路的连接,从空间上看,形成了大“X”型。长春市为这一城市群的中心城市,地位较高,交通枢纽的作用发挥得比较明显,但是其对其他城市的聚集能力和辐射能力还很不足。总的来说,这一城市群才刚刚起步。 本文首先使用基于引力模型的经济联系量、经济隶属度、欧氏距离模型测定了吉林市、四平市、松原市和辽源市与长春市之间的经济联系情况。接着计算了四个城市与长春市的每日通勤情况,然后通过三个主要的经济指标进行了相关性分析。具体的结论如下: 第一,各个城市与长春市的经济联系情况差异较大。在四个城市中,,吉林市与长春市的经济联系最为紧密,其次为四平市,松原市和辽源市与长春市的经济联系程度相当。第二,经济联系的程度都比较低。不管是经济联系量、经济隶属度、欧氏距离还是相关性的结果都证实了在吉林省中部城市群中,外围城市与中心城市的经济联系程度都不密切。第三,长春市的聚集和辐射能力不足。作为中心城市的长春,并没有发挥出自身的聚集能力和辐射能力,对外围城市的影响较小,也导致了联系程度小。第四,吉林省中部城市群发育程度低。这一城市群还刚刚开始兴起,城市等级体系不合理,经济联系程度低。 根据前文得出的结论,本文提出的政策建议为:第一,加强中心外围城市的经济合作,外围城市与中心城市之间应积极接触,加强经济等各方面的合作,密切相互之间的联系。第二,加快外围城市的发展,缩小与中心城市的差距,各个外围城市应该加强自身的发展步伐,省政府也应积极地推动这些城市发展,保持与长春市的协调。第三,培育一批中小城市,完善城市等级体系。
[Abstract]:The urban agglomeration in the central part of Jilin Province is located in Jilin Province with the best physical and geographical conditions and has the innate advantage of development. In terms of transportation, the central city to the peripheral cities realize the connection between railway and highway, and form a large "X" type from the space point of view. Changchun is the central city of this city group, its position is high, the function of transportation hub is obvious, but its ability to gather and radiate to other cities is still very insufficient. In general, the city cluster is just getting started. In this paper, the economic relations between Jilin, Siping, Songyuan, Liaoyuan and Changchun are measured by using the economic connection, economic membership and Euclidean distance model based on gravitation model, first of all, the relationship between Jilin City, Siping City, Songyuan City and Liaoyuan City and Changchun City is measured. Then the daily commuting between four cities and Changchun is calculated, and then the correlation analysis is carried out through three main economic indicators. The specific conclusions are as follows: first, the economic links between each city and Changchun are quite different. Among the four cities, Jilin City and Changchun City have the closest economic ties, followed by Siping City, Songyuan City, Liaoyuan City and Changchun City. Second, the degree of economic ties is relatively low. The results of economic connection, economic membership, Euclidean distance and correlation all confirm that the economic relationship between peripheral cities and central cities is not close in the central urban agglomeration of Jilin Province. Third, Changchun City's aggregation and radiation capacity is insufficient. Changchun, as a central city, does not play its own capacity of aggregation and radiation, and has little impact on peripheral cities, but also leads to a small degree of connection. Fourth, the development of urban agglomeration in the middle of Jilin Province is low. This urban agglomeration is just beginning to rise, the urban hierarchy is unreasonable, and the degree of economic connection is low. According to the conclusion drawn above, the policy suggestions put forward in this paper are as follows: firstly, to strengthen the economic cooperation between the peripheral cities and the central cities, we should make positive contacts between the peripheral cities and the central cities, strengthen the cooperation in various aspects of the economy, and closely connect with each other. Second, to speed up the development of peripheral cities, narrow the gap with the central cities, the peripheral cities should strengthen their own pace of development, provincial governments should also actively promote the development of these cities, and maintain coordination with Changchun City. Third, cultivate a number of small and medium-sized cities, improve the urban hierarchy.
