甘肃省高技术产业全要素生产率分析

【摘要】:高技术产业是一种拥有知识密集、技术密集的新兴产业,具有前沿科学和先导技术相融合的特征。2012年8月,兰州新区成为继上海浦东新区、天津滨海新区、重庆两江新区、浙江舟山群岛新区后国务院批复的第五个国家级新区。在这个大背景下,我们就有必要了解甘肃省甘肃省高技术产业的现状和特征。甘肃省高技术产业的发展是由资本、劳动驱动的?还是由全要素生产率(TFP)驱动的?在TFP的构成中,技术进步和技术效率的变动趋势如何,,以及哪些因素对全要素生产率有着重要影响,研究结论对于甘肃省高技术产业的发展有一定的参考价值。 文章首先分别采用了增长核算法和数据包络模型测算了甘肃省高技术产业的全要素生产率,对于甘肃省高技术产业全要素生产率的总体水平有一个直观的认识。其次对于甘肃省高技术产业分行业的全要素生产率进行比较,寻找各行业之间的差距,全要素生产率又可通过Malmquist指数模型进行分解,将其划分为技术进步和技术效率,技术效率又可细分为纯技术效率和规模效率,这对于了解甘肃省高技术产业各行业的发展有着更细致的认识。最后文章对于全要素生产率的影响机制进行了实证研究,研究发现,人力资本对全要素生产率的影响不够明显,区位因素以及政策支持是甘肃省高技术产业全要素生产率的重要影响因素,对外开放度不高,且产权结构不合理阻碍甘肃省高技术产业发展。
[Abstract]:High-tech industry is a knowledge-intensive, technology-intensive emerging industry with the characteristics of leading-edge science and forerunner technology. In August 2012, Lanzhou New area became a new area following Shanghai Pudong New area, Tianjin Binhai New area and Chongqing Liangjiang New area. Zhejiang Zhoushan archipelago new area after the State Council approved the fifth state-level new area. In this context, it is necessary to understand the status and characteristics of high-tech industries in Gansu Province. The development of high-tech industry in Gansu Province is driven by capital and labor? Or is it driven by TFP (TFP)? In the composition of TFP, the change trend of technology progress and technology efficiency, as well as which factors have important influence on total factor productivity, the research conclusion has certain reference value for the development of high-tech industry in Gansu Province. Firstly, the growth kernel algorithm and the data envelopment model are used to measure the total factor productivity of the high-tech industry in Gansu Province, which has an intuitive understanding of the overall level of the total factor productivity of the high-tech industry in Gansu Province. Secondly, comparing the total factor productivity of high-tech industry in Gansu Province, looking for the gap between different industries, TFP can be decomposed by Malmquist index model, and divided into technological progress and technical efficiency. The technical efficiency can be subdivided into pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency, which has a more detailed understanding of the development of high-tech industry in Gansu Province. Finally, the paper makes an empirical study on the impact mechanism of TFP. It is found that the impact of human capital on TFP is not obvious enough. Location factors and policy support are the important factors influencing the total factor productivity of high-tech industry in Gansu Province. The opening degree is not high, and the unreasonable property right structure hinders the development of high-tech industry in Gansu Province.
