中部地区可持续发展研究

【摘要】：在中部地区崛起的背景下，中部地区迎来了巨大的发展机遇，在中部地区快速发展的同时，也给自然环境带来了沉重的压力，环境问题成为制约中部地区经济发展的重要因素，并开始影响到社会的安定，如何更好更快地发展是中部地区面临的重大问题。可持续发展是一种注重长远发展的经济增长模式，在满足当代人需求的同时，不影响后代的发展。可持续发展是中部地区发展的必然选择。本文从可持续发展角度出发，运用熵权法确定指标权重，利用可持续发展性与发展协调性对中部地区可持续发展状态进行了定量的研究和分析，并提出了相应的对策建议。本文主要内容包括：第一章绪论，介绍了本文的研究背景、研究意义、国内外研究现状、研究方法、研究思路和创新点。第二章是相关理论概述，介绍了与本文相关的理论，包括可持续发展的概念、可持续发展的内涵、可持续发展基本原则和循环经济的概念与内涵。第三章是可持续发展指标体系的建立，本文根据可持续发展指标体系的构建原则和构建方法，借鉴国内外可持续发展指标体系研究现状，参照中部六省相关学者的研究，结合中部地区实际情况，确立了中部地区可持续发展指标体系。本文的可持续发展指标体系划分为经济子系统、社会人口子系统和环境资源子系统三个子系统，共25个指标。第四章是中部地区可持续发展实证分析，从中部地区与东部、西部和东北地区发展态势比较中得到中部地区发展存在的问题，根据第三章建立的中部地区可持续发展指标体系，通过大量数据，运用熵权法，，结合发展可持续系数和发展协调系数，对中部地区可持续发展进行了研究和分析。第五章针对中部地区发展中存在的问题，根据实证分析的结果，对中部地区可持续发展提出了相应的对策建议。第六章对本文进行了总结，并进行了展望。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the rise of the central region, the central region has ushered in great opportunities for development. While the rapid development of the central region has brought heavy pressure to the natural environment, environmental problems have become an important factor restricting the economic development of the central region. And began to affect the stability of society, how to better and faster development is a major problem in the central region. Sustainable development is a long-term economic growth model, which not only meets the needs of contemporary people, but also does not affect the development of future generations. Sustainable development is an inevitable choice for the development of the central region. From the point of view of sustainable development, this paper uses entropy weight method to determine the index weight, makes use of sustainable development and development coordination to quantitatively study and analyze the sustainable development state of the central region, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the research background, significance, research status at home and abroad, research methods, research ideas and innovation. The second chapter is an overview of the relevant theories, including the concept of sustainable development, the connotation of sustainable development, the basic principles of sustainable development and the concept and connotation of circular economy. The third chapter is the establishment of sustainable development index system. According to the construction principles and methods of sustainable development index system, this paper draws lessons from the research status of domestic and foreign sustainable development index system, and refers to the research of relevant scholars in the six provinces of central China. According to the actual situation of the central region, the index system of sustainable development in the central region is established. The index system of sustainable development in this paper is divided into three subsystems: economic subsystem, social population subsystem and environmental resource subsystem, with a total of 25 indicators. The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis of the sustainable development of the central region. From the comparison of the development situation of the central region and the east, the west and the northeast, the problems existing in the development of the central region are obtained. According to the index system of the sustainable development of the central region established in the third chapter, Through a large number of data, using entropy weight method, combined with the development sustainability coefficient and the development coordination coefficient, the sustainable development of the central region is studied and analyzed. In the fifth chapter, aiming at the problems existing in the development of the central region, according to the results of the empirical analysis, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the sustainable development of the central region. The sixth chapter summarizes this paper and looks forward to it.
