利用国家政策振兴东北初探

【摘要】：为了适应新时期经济发展的要求,国务院印发《关于近期支持东北振兴若干重大政策举措的意见》,提出了11方面35条政策措施来振兴东北。从振兴东北的战略意义入手,对东北进行优势劣势分析,指明了东北在人力资源成本、农产品、工业基础等方面的优势,同时说明了东北在交通运输、基础设施及税收优惠等方面的劣势。最后,通过大力发展物流业、加快推动城市转型、完善基础设施、全方位扩大开放合作入手,给出了相应的对策。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the requirements of economic development in the new period, the State Council issued opinions on some major policy measures to support the revitalization of Northeast China in the near future, and put forward 35 policy measures in 11 aspects to revitalize Northeast China. Starting from the strategic significance of revitalizing Northeast China, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Northeast China, points out the advantages of Northeast China in human resource cost, agricultural products, industrial foundation and so on, and explains the disadvantages of Northeast China in transportation, infrastructure and tax preference. Finally, through the development of logistics industry, speed up the promotion of urban transformation, improve infrastructure, expand open cooperation in an all-round way, the corresponding countermeasures are given.
