江苏省物流企业低碳化运营的影响因素分析

【摘要】:本文主要研究的是江苏省物流企业低碳化运营的影响因素分析,在整个世界大环境下,发展低碳经济有利于经济与环境的和谐发展,物流作为经济发展中不可或缺的一环,其能源消耗占社会总能源消耗的比例一直居高不下,,成为制约低碳经济发展的障碍之一,低碳物流,作为物流行业低碳发展的新概念被提出,发展低碳物流,有其必要性和意义,并为资源的节约和能源消耗的减少提供理论依据。 本文主要研究的是江苏省物流企业的低碳化运营的影响因素,本文首先描述了江苏省物流行业及低碳经济的发展现状,并对江苏省物流企业的碳排放进行估算,由于数据的可得性问题,本文在碳排放计算中主要采用的是1995年到2010年这16年间的数据,通过估算碳排放量,得到江苏省物流企业的碳排放强度,为进一步研究碳排放量与物流产值之间的关系,本文引入EKC曲线并对江苏省物流企业碳排放和物流产值之间的关系做出分析,利用spss13.0对两者之间的关系做曲线回归分析,由拟合图可以看出,二次曲线和三次曲线模型的拟合度最高,然而回归系数检验中却显示这两种模型的sig.值偏大,最终得出相对符合的模型是幂函数模型,由拟合图可以看出两者之间呈N型曲线,这说明碳排放和物流产值之间还没达到阙值点,环境还将恶化,在物流企业碳排放影响因素的选择上,本文引用了天津财经大学博士段向云的物流企业碳排放影响因素,并利用spss13.0软件对影响因素做主成分分析,得出江苏省物流企业低碳化运营的主成分影响因素包括:物流企业的能源效率、物流企业的发展水平、物流需求的增长的结论。 依据江苏省物流业的发展及低碳经济的发展,本文指出了江苏省物流企业发展低碳物流面临着竞争力不足、物流发展以粗放式增长为主、管理体制不完善、专业人才的缺乏、园区规划不合理、基础设施和专业化程度低等主要问题,同时,本文也给出了物流企业低碳化运行所需要的条件,通过对比物流企业低碳运营的条件与物流企业目前的运营现状,本文提出物流企业低碳化运行的路径,主要包括提升低碳意识、改变物流企业的能源结构、设置合理的物流节点、改变非节能的运输方式、增强物流网络和信息化建设以及制定物流标准化体系等。最后,从物流的职能角度出发,对物流业的低碳化运营提出对策,低碳运输方面,利用江苏省地处长三角的地理优势,发展综合运输,通过多种运输方式的分工协作,提高物流企业的运行效率,增强运输能力,使得各种运输方式都能够发挥自身的优势;低碳包装方面,做到包装模数化、包装大型化和集装化、包装循环化和再生处理化,从而减少资源的浪费和环境的污染,进而达到物流低碳运营的目的;低碳配送方面,大力发展共同配送、第三方物流,优化物流配送路线及提高信息系统的管理水平,这样能够有效的节约资源,使企业间达到资源共享、互利互惠的目的,同时也减少在配送过程中对环境造成的污染;低碳仓储方面,加强技术、使用新能源可以有效降低资源消耗和污染排放;低碳处理废旧物方面,利用新技术,对废旧物进行分类处理,回收可利用资源,对不可回收资源做妥善处理,能够增加能源利用率,减少资源浪费,减少污染排放;在人才方面,大力引进专业人才,培养专而精的人才,培养企业与环境可持续发展的人才,从思想的高度加深低碳在物流行业的影响力,最终影响物流行为,达到物流企业低碳化运行的目的。
[Abstract]:The main research of this paper is the analysis of the influence factors of the low-carbon-carbonization operation of the logistics enterprises in Jiangsu Province. In the whole world, the development of low-carbon economy is beneficial to the harmonious development of economy and environment, and the logistics is an indispensable part of the economic development. The proportion of energy consumption in the total energy consumption of the society has remained high, becoming one of the barriers to the development of low-carbon economy, and the low-carbon logistics, as a new concept of low-carbon development in the logistics industry, is put forward, the low-carbon logistics is developed, the necessity and the significance are realized, And provides a theoretical basis for the reduction of the resource and the reduction of the energy consumption. This paper mainly studies the influence factors of the low-carbonization operation of the logistics enterprises in Jiangsu Province. The present situation of the development of the logistics industry and the low-carbon economy in Jiangsu Province is described in this paper, and the carbon emission of the logistics enterprises in Jiangsu Province is estimated. In this paper, the data from 1995 to 2010 are mainly used in the carbon emission calculation, and the carbon emission intensity of the logistics enterprises in Jiangsu Province is obtained by estimating the carbon emission, so as to further study the correlation between the carbon emission and the output value of the logistics. In this paper, the EKC curve is introduced and the relationship between the carbon emission and the output value of the logistics enterprises in Jiangsu Province is analyzed. The relationship between the carbon emission and the output value of the logistics enterprises in Jiangsu Province is analyzed.
