河北省城镇居民消费结构的实证分析与优化研究

【摘要】：消费者的行为是国外消费经济学领域研究的热点问题之一，它主要包括消费支出和消费结构两个方面，主要是通过对边际消费倾向以及各类消费品支出弹性和价格弹性的估计，定量分析对消费行为造成影响的因素。其中第二个方面的居民消费结构是居民对各种消费对象的消费支出在总消费支出中所占的比例及其构成情况，它反映了居民的消费特点，是衡量居民生活水平与生活质量的重要指标。随着近几年我国城镇化进程的加快，在居民消费问题中城镇居民消费结构问题越来越成为决定的作用。因此研究城镇居民的消费结构的特点和发展趋势，对政府制定和实施一些刺激居民消费的政策有重要的实际意义。本文根据以前的研究消费结构方面的理论和模型，从城镇居民收入对消费结构变动影响的角度进行实证研究。本文从边际倾向分析和弹性分析两个方面，运用在研究消费结构时最常用的ELES模型和AIDS模型进行对比实证分析。由于两个模型在研究消费结构时各自不同的优势，本文应用它们各自的优势进行对比，可以比较全面的得到城镇居民消费结构变动的趋势，并且进行深入分析。通过实证分析，本文的建议在城镇居民消费结构优化方面，应该拓展居民消费结构的宽度，，加大消费结构的深度。同时在已有的优势领域应该进行深度挖掘，能够找到新的消费刺激点。此外，应该寻找新的消费点，并加大鼓励的力度，使得居民的消费结构更加合理化。
[Abstract]:The behavior of the consumer is one of the hot issues in the field of foreign consumption economics, which mainly includes two aspects of consumption expenditure and consumption structure, mainly through the estimation of the marginal consumption tendency and the elasticity and price elasticity of various consumer goods expenditure, Quantitative analysis of the factors that influence the consumption behavior. The second aspect of the consumption structure is the proportion and the composition of the consumption expenditure of the residents in the total consumption expenditure, which reflects the consumption characteristics of the residents, and is an important index to measure the living standard and the quality of life of the residents. With the acceleration of the urbanization in our country in recent years, the problem of the consumption structure of urban residents in the problem of resident consumption is becoming more and more important. Based on the previous study of the theory and model of the consumption structure, the paper makes an empirical research on the influence of the urban residents' income on the change of the consumption structure. This paper, from the two aspects of marginal propensity analysis and elastic analysis, uses the ELES model and the AIDS model most commonly used in the study of the consumption structure to make a comparative positive analysis. In this paper, because of the different advantages of the two models in the study of the consumption structure, this paper applies their respective advantages to make a comparison, which can be more and more comprehensive to get the trend of the change of the consumption structure of the urban residents, and to make an in-depth analysis.
