重庆区域物流能力与区域经济发展的关联性分析

【摘要】:在归纳和总结了大量前人的文献、著作后,首先介绍了国内外关于这一问题的研究,并且对这些问题的研究成果进行了评述。理论上详细论述了区域物流能力与区域经济发展两者之间的互动机制,以及如何提高区域物流能力的问题。主要对区域经济增长、区域产业结构以及区域空间结构于区域物流能力之间的关联作了详细的理论阐述,提出了它们之间普遍存在着的一种关联。 运用统计性描述的方法,对重庆地区的区域经济状况做了一个总结,对重庆地区的发展成就和存在不足都做了一个概括性的总结。总结性地提出了重庆地区区域物流能力的基本发展阶段,主要分为多核扩散发展阶段、组团模式发展阶段、保税中心发展阶段。同时结合理论,对重庆地区区域物流能力与区域经济发展的关联机制做出了定性的概论,指出了其中目前已经取得的成绩,以及值得肯定的方面,提出了存在着的制约两者之间充分互动的一些不足。 分别对区域物流能力和区域经济发展两者之间建立了指标体系,通过一个系统模型的办法,对两个指标体系之间各个指标之间的相互影响关系做了一个直观的表述。并且运用典型相关分析的办法,选取重庆地区直辖以来至今的数据,对重庆地区区域物流能力与区域经济的关联机制作出了定量的模型分析,模型显示,重庆地区工业GDP对于区域物流能力有着强大的需求引致作用,社会消费品零售总额也有着强大的推动作用,货运量和货运周转量对区域物流能力起到主要的支撑作用,而物流基础设施投资对于区域物流能力的提升作用是长久的,对区域经济的推动也是需要一段时间的,非短时间一蹴而就的。 针对实证模型的结论,提出了几点发展对策,,主要是应该在产业结构的调整过程中,注重在一定时期内坚持工业经济的主导地位,物流园区与物流中心应该重视专业化发展,各个园区和中心之间应该做到明确的分工,以及对于在重庆地区内部物流基础设施的投资,在长期应该考虑主城区与区县之间的平衡,多向区县地区倾斜。对于物流企业应该鼓励内地企业发展的同时,大力引进外部有实力的第三方物流企业,引进先进的管理理念和物流技术。
[Abstract]:After summing up and summing up a large number of previous literatures, this paper first introduces the research on this issue at home and abroad, and comments on the research results of these issues. In theory, the interaction mechanism between regional logistics capacity and regional economic development is discussed in detail, and how to improve regional logistics capacity is also discussed. This paper mainly expounds in detail the relationship between regional economic growth, regional industrial structure and regional spatial structure to regional logistics capacity, and puts forward a universal relationship between them. By using the method of statistical description, this paper makes a summary of the regional economic situation in Chongqing, and makes a general summary of the development achievements and shortcomings of Chongqing. In conclusion, the basic development stage of regional logistics capability in Chongqing is put forward, which is mainly divided into multi-nuclear diffusion development stage, group mode development stage and bonded center development stage. At the same time, combined with the theory, this paper makes a qualitative introduction to the relationship mechanism between regional logistics capacity and regional economic development in Chongqing, points out the achievements made at present, as well as the aspects worthy of affirmation, and puts forward some shortcomings that restrict the full interaction between the two. The index system between regional logistics capacity and regional economic development is established respectively. through the method of a system model, the interaction between each index between the two index systems is expressed intuitively. By using the method of canonical correlation analysis, this paper makes a quantitative model analysis on the relationship mechanism between regional logistics capacity and regional economy in Chongqing, and selects the data from Chongqing since then. The model shows that industrial GDP in Chongqing has a strong demand-causing effect on regional logistics capacity, and the total retail volume of social consumer goods also has a strong role in promoting the regional logistics capacity. Freight volume and freight turnover play a major supporting role in regional logistics capacity, and logistics infrastructure investment plays a long-term role in improving regional logistics capacity, and it takes a period of time to promote regional economy, which is not achieved overnight in a short period of time. In view of the conclusion of the empirical model, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the development, mainly in the process of adjusting the industrial structure, paying attention to insisting on the dominant position of the industrial economy in a certain period of time, paying attention to the specialized development of the logistics park and the logistics center, and achieving a clear division of labor between each park and the center, as well as the investment in the internal logistics infrastructure in Chongqing. In the long run, we should consider the balance between the main urban area and the district and county, and tilt to the district and county area. For logistics enterprises, we should encourage the development of mainland enterprises, at the same time, we should vigorously introduce external and powerful third-party logistics enterprises, and introduce advanced management concepts and logistics technology.
