论加蓬经济发展战略的几个问题

　　近年来，加蓬正处于一个社会正在转型、经济正在过渡的特殊的历史阶段。社会改革取得了显著地成效，经济在工业的带动下也在迅速发展。与此同时，城市化建设也在加蓬进行的如火如荼。这都是受到加蓬当局推行了一个名为“绿色加蓬-服务加蓬-工业加蓬”的工程的影响，这个工程也是为了吸取更多的潜在投资者。本文是在这种背景下,研究如何更好促进加蓬经济发展的政策。论文首先研究经济开放对新兴国家的影响。一方面，经济开放，尤其是国外直接投资和银行投资的引进，有使人口中最富裕的五分之一获得更多收入的倾向，但另一方面，这也有减轻城市与乡村之间不平等的倾向。本文运用李嘉图增长瓶颈理论、李嘉图关于对外直接投资方面的交易方法，以及关于技术转让的前沿分析，建立和发展具有新的理论性的分析和预测。其次，基于李嘉图理论，重温并审视了日本在对外直接投资方面的经济思想，利用计量统计学的估算方法对来自追赶型国家的外部直接投资理论方法的相关性和实用性进行测试。第三，我们将会对中国和加蓬分别在资源的捐赠、资金和科技等众多方面所具有的相当的优势进行评估和比较。对于中国来说，农业、林业和煤矿业是其在加蓬的主要投资项目。所以在这部分中，我们将就农业...
