线接触EHL状态下中心压力和二次压力峰的拟合公式

【摘要】:研究了线接触EHL状态下载荷、速度、材料参数对中心压力和二次压力峰的影响,在对大量数值解结果进行分析和回归的基础上,给出了中心压力幅值和二次峰压力幅值的拟合公式,并对拟合公式的精确性进行了检验。结果表明,在相当宽的参数范围内,提出的拟合公式的精度令人满意,可以满足工程设计要求。
[Abstract]:The effects of load, velocity and material parameters on the central pressure and the secondary pressure peak under the linear contact EHL state are studied. Based on the analysis and regression of a large number of numerical solutions, The fitting formulas of the center pressure amplitude and the secondary peak pressure amplitude are given, and the accuracy of the fitting formula is tested. The results show that in a wide range of parameters, the accuracy of the proposed fitting formula is satisfactory and can meet the requirements of engineering design.
