基于动态传动误差的某发动机直齿和零度弧齿锥齿轮服役特性分析

【摘要】:基于测试方法,针对工程实际问题,对某型发动机含直齿锥齿轮副和零度弧齿锥齿轮副的二级圆柱齿轮-锥齿轮高速传动系统进行动态传动误差测量,并对测得的动态传动误差数据进行滤波、频谱分析,得到高速锥齿轮动态性能参数。分析表明:采用零度弧齿锥齿轮时,其低频段动态传递误差比采用直齿锥齿轮时降低很多;采用零度弧齿锥齿轮时,其高频段动态传动误差幅值要远大于采用直齿轮时的幅值,而高频段的幅值决定了传动系统动态特性优劣,进而说明采用零度弧齿锥齿轮时,系统的动态性能将劣于直齿锥齿轮。
[Abstract]:Based on the test method and aiming at the practical engineering problems, the dynamic transmission error of the secondary cylindrical gear bevel gear high speed transmission system with straight bevel gear pair and zero degree spiral bevel gear pair in a certain engine is measured. The measured dynamic transmission error data are filtered and the spectrum analysis is carried out to obtain the dynamic performance parameters of high speed bevel gear. The analysis shows that the dynamic transmission error in low frequency band is much lower than that in straight bevel gear when zero degree spiral bevel gear is used. When zero degree spiral bevel gear is used, the amplitude of dynamic transmission error in high frequency section is much larger than that when straight gear is adopted, and the amplitude of high frequency section determines the dynamic characteristics of transmission system, which shows that when zero degree spiral bevel gear is adopted, The dynamic performance of the system will be inferior to that of spur bevel gear.
