【摘要】:随着我国在公路建设领域投入的增大,我国公路里程数目不断增加。张家口地区气温较低、温差较大、地质条件复杂,道路所处环境恶劣,沥青路面在使用的过程中容易在早期出现各种不同程度的破坏,如沥青老化脱落、裂缝、沉陷等早期病害,使用性能和结构性能逐年下降。当路面结构良好,只有轻微破损时,及时采取相应的预防性养护措施,可以使路面结构的破坏得到有效地减缓或防止,也可以使路况得到改善,行驶质量得到提高,其使用寿命得到延长。因此,对张家口沥青路面预养护技术措施进行研究十分必要。本文以张家口地区公路养护的实际情况为依托,主要对以下几个方面进行了研究:(1)详细介绍了论文的研究背景、目的及意义,并详细归纳总结了预防性养护技术的国内外研究发展现状以及我国目前在预养护方面存在的缺陷。(2)通过车载式智能检测车和三米直尺等仪器进行路面现场检测,分析路面平整度、破损和车辙的检测结果,并进行现场调研,对稀浆封层、微表处的应用效果进行评价。结果表明:稀浆封层和微表处两种预防性养护措施对路面平整度、路面破损和路面车辙均有一定的改善效果。(3)进行现场取样,钻取养护路段和未养护路段的沥青试样,通过室内试验测定沥青感温性能、低温性能和高温性能的指标,通过分析沥青性能指标评价预防性养护措施对沥青性能的影响。结果表明:稀浆封层和微表处两种养护措施的路面的针入度和延度均有所提高,所选取路段为张家口寒冷地区,可知两种技术均可以有效减缓沥青低温性能指标的衰减速率。(4)针对现有评价方法的主客观性及评价体系的不足,采取沥青性能指标和路面性能指标作为沥青路面的评价指标,提出了新的评价体系,运用改进后的EW-AHP法确定各性能指标的权重。此评价体系是针对国道二级及以下等级公路进行建立的,通过工程实例进行了分析,此方法在一定程度上做到了主观和客观相结合,使结果具有较强的可信度。(5)在本文研究以及规范的基础上从理论和定性上对预养护时机进行了探讨,选择国际平整度指数IRI作为养护时机的判断指标,根据IRI的衰变规律和养护费用效益建立了沥青路面预防性养护时机模型。
[Abstract]:With the increase of investment in the field of highway construction, the number of highway mileage in China is increasing. The temperature of Zhangjiakou area is low, the temperature difference is large, the geological conditions are complex, and the road environment is bad. Asphalt pavement in the process of use is easy to appear in the early stage of various degrees of destruction, such as asphalt aging fall off, cracks, subsidence and other early diseases, performance and structural performance decline year by year. When the pavement structure is good. When only slightly damaged, timely take the corresponding preventive maintenance measures, can effectively slow down or prevent the damage of pavement structure, can also improve the road conditions and improve the quality of driving. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the technical measures of pre-maintenance of Zhangjiakou asphalt pavement. This paper relies on the actual situation of road maintenance in Zhangjiakou area. The research background, purpose and significance of the thesis are introduced in detail. The current research and development of preventive maintenance technology at home and abroad and the defects in pre-curing in China are summarized in detail. Through the vehicle-borne intelligent detection vehicle and three-meter ruler and other instruments to carry out the road field detection. The test results of pavement smoothness, breakage and rutting are analyzed, and field investigation is carried out to seal the slurry layer. The results show that two kinds of preventive maintenance measures such as slurry seal and micro-surface maintenance are used to evaluate the pavement smoothness. Pavement damage and rutting have a certain improvement effect. Taking asphalt performance index and pavement performance index as the evaluation index of asphalt pavement, a new evaluation system is put forward. The weight of each performance index is determined by using the improved EW-AHP method. The evaluation system is established for the second grade highway of the national highway and the following grade highway, and the analysis is carried out through an engineering example. This method combines subjective and objective to a certain extent, which makes the results have strong credibility.) on the basis of the research and criterion in this paper, the precuring time is discussed theoretically and qualitatively. The international smoothness index (IRI) is chosen as the criterion of maintenance opportunity. According to the decay rule of IRI and the cost benefit of maintenance, the preventive maintenance opportunity model of asphalt pavement is established.
