【摘要】:城市智能交通诱导系统的基础是交通数据信息的采集,本文从多个角度对交通数据采集做了介绍。交通管控平台作为一个中央控制系统,通过数据采集系统进行数据的收集,并对数据进行加工、处理、分析,使采集到的交通数据转换成多源异构资料,并对数据资料进行相关的标准化处理后存储。利用多种智能交通算法处理收集来的信息形成用来决策交通诱导系统的数据,将这些数据以XML的形式进行封装并通过Apache ActiveMQ进行传输,传输到服务器协议转换软件中,服务器转换软件进行分析处理之后做出对应的控制卡操作动作,最后在终端LED屏幕上进行诱导显示。本文着重介绍了显示系统和服务器转换软件的设计。交通诱导显示终端是由诱导显示控制模块、诱导显示终端设备、电源设备、箱体等组成。交通诱导信息显示控制板用来控制整个诱导显示终端,通过接收管控平台发出来的报文信息去实时的在诱导显示终端上显示诱导信息,该控制系统具备远程发布播放列表,远程监控播放内容以及屏体状态、远程控制播放状态。系统支持各种网络环境,包括互联网、城域网以及局域网等,并且支持各种有线宽带接入方式和无线宽带接入方式。监控以及远程开关机功能用多功能卡进行附加实现。由P18模组构成的全彩LED户外屏作为显示终端设备。服务器协议转换软件的设计,首先解析了转换软件的需求,阐述了管控平台是通过ActiveMQ将数据传输给转换软件,介绍了ActiveMQ的一些基本内容,罗列了重要的数据结构,并对重要的模块,例如报文解析中的节目单管理报文分析模块做了详细的介绍,因为报文是XML格式的,所以开始解释了如何分析XML文件。接着利用C#的XmlDocument解析了报文文件,并详细的阐述了如何实现这个报文进行发送。在监听数据模块中,首先解释了windows消息的机制,并通过这个机制实现了监听数据模块。该系统已经在青岛实际使用,诱导显示系统支持精细化判别交通状态,可区分通畅(绿色)、缓慢(黄色)、拥堵(红色)3种状态,判别周期≤5分钟。辅以人工采编等多种手段,还能为用户提供各类交通事件的实时处理进展。其服务手段丰富多样:针对不同交通出行者、交通管理者的综合信息服务平台,可以采取多种信息服务手段,发布各类交通参数(拥堵程度、旅行时间、事故信息、交通管制信息、气象信息等),发布内容实时改变的自适应交通信息发布手段,提高交通信息发布内容的有效性,帮助出行者选择最佳出行路线,从而达到最优的路网负载均衡,方便市民出行。
