【摘要】:随着城市的快速发展,城市交通问题(交通安全、交通拥塞、交通环境污染等)日益突出,究其原因是交通供需不平衡。交通容量是城市交通供给能力的宏观体现,是度量道路网络供给能力的标准之一。道路网交通容量(人容量)的确定可以为城市区域交通规划方案的制定提供决策的依据。本文以基于交通综合效率的低碳交通示范区交通容量研究为题,从以人为本的角度出发,研究示范区多种交通方式协调发展的道路网规划及该道路网规划下的道路网交通人容量。首先,本文对城市交通效率及交通容量相关基础理论进行研究。在现有相关文献归纳总结的基础上,分析交通效率和交通容量的影响因素,确定主要的因素有:城市路网规划、土地利用布局和交通结构。然后较为系统地分析和总结了目前国内外几种计算交通容量的算法——线性规划模型、割集法、时空消耗法、供应分析法以及狭义道路网交通容量模型。其次,本文对示范区交通路网规划及交通容量进行研究。在路网布局方面,示范区打破传统的道路等级体系,采用多种交通方式共存的道路网,设置多组单向二分路,建立强大的公共交通系统和人性化的慢行交通系统。同时在已有的时空消耗法的基础上,分析机动车和非机动车的交通容量模型,对模型的系数作进一步分析和修正,建立低碳模式下的人容量模型。最后,本文对示范区土地利用及交通供需平衡评价进行研究。介绍示范区土地利用思想、土地混合利用以及区域TOD的构建,分析示范区交通系统及出行结构的影响因素,提出出行生成预测的思想,并建立基于土地利用的居民出行生成预测模型,结合前文介绍的计算交通供给和交通需求的方法,提出交通容量评估指标和评估方法,用来对示范区基于交通效率的交通容量评估。根据低碳模式下的人容量模型和居民出行生成预测模型,计算各类型道路人容量以及不同交通方式出行的需求量,进而对示范区的道路网交通容量进行评价。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of cities, urban traffic problems (traffic safety, traffic congestion, traffic environment pollution, etc.) become increasingly prominent. The reason is the imbalance of traffic supply and demand. Traffic capacity is the macro embodiment of urban traffic supply capacity. It is one of the standards to measure the supply capacity of road network. Traffic capacity of Road Network (capacity of people). This paper focuses on the research of traffic capacity of low-carbon traffic demonstration area based on comprehensive efficiency of traffic. From the people-oriented point of view, this paper studies the road network planning of coordinated development of various traffic modes in the demonstration area and the traffic capacity of road network under the planning of the road network. First of all. In this paper, the basic theories of urban traffic efficiency and traffic capacity are studied. Based on the summary of existing literature, the factors affecting traffic efficiency and traffic capacity are analyzed. The main factors are determined as follows: urban road network planning, land use layout and traffic structure. Then, several algorithms for calculating traffic capacity at home and abroad, namely linear programming model and cut set method, are analyzed and summarized systematically. Spatio-temporal consumption method, supply analysis method and narrow road network traffic capacity model. Secondly, this paper studies the traffic network planning and traffic capacity in the demonstration area. The demonstration area breaks down the traditional road grade system, adopts the road network of the coexistence of multiple traffic modes, and sets up many groups of one-way dichotomies. A powerful public transport system and a humanized slow traffic system are established. At the same time, the traffic capacity models of motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles are analyzed on the basis of the existing space-time consumption method. The coefficient of the model is further analyzed and revised to establish the human capacity model under the low carbon model. Finally, this paper studies the evaluation of land use and traffic supply and demand balance in demonstration area, and introduces the idea of land use in demonstration area. The construction of mixed land use and regional TOD, analyzing the influence factors of traffic system and travel structure in demonstration area, putting forward the idea of trip generation prediction, and establishing the model of resident trip generation prediction based on land use. Combined with the method of calculating traffic supply and traffic demand, the evaluation index and method of traffic capacity are put forward. It is used to evaluate the traffic capacity based on the traffic efficiency in the demonstration area. According to the human capacity model under the low carbon model and the forecast model of the resident trip generation, the capacity of each type of road and the demand of different traffic modes are calculated. Then the traffic capacity of the road network in the demonstration area is evaluated.
