【摘要】:对于闸底长廊道侧支孔输水系统的水动力学研究,目前主要采用物理模型试验和现场原型观测方法,均需消耗大量的人力和物力。采用方便快捷且不受试验条件及尺度效应影响的数值计算方法研究成果相对较少。通过闸室船舶系缆力数值模拟对不同侧支孔布置型式下输水系统水动力学特性进行系统性研究,总结分析其布置原则,可为船闸闸底长廊道侧支孔输水系统的设计和优化提供理论依据,并为类似工程提供借鉴,具有较重要的学术价值和实际意义。本文基于典型闸底长廊道分散式输水系统,选择代表船型,建立“船舶—水流”耦合动力响应的三维数学模型,采用三维紊流模拟方法、动网格技术以及闸室船舶系缆力并行计算程序,借助fluent软件对不同侧支孔布置型式下的闸室船舶系缆力进行数值模拟计算,主要研究内容及成果如下:1、基于某依托工程,建立三维船闸整体模型,进行船舶系缆力研究,并通过模拟结果与工程实测数据对比分析,很好地验证了数值模型与计算方法的正确性,为后文不同侧支孔布置型式的水动力学特性研究奠定了基础。2、采用三维紊流模拟方法和动网格技术,研究船闸输水初期不同侧支孔布置型式下的船舶系缆力,发现侧支孔型式的改变对纵向系缆力影响较小,对横向系缆力影响较大的一般规律。3、通过对船舶系缆力和特征断面的水动力特性分析,得到闸底长廊道分散式输水系统布置型式下,侧支孔的一般布置原则:①沿水流方向,侧支孔从大到小排列能取得更好的分流效果;②侧支孔高宽取值较接近时,支孔出流消能效果较好;③闸室有效尺度确定后,侧支孔个数选择存在一个“最优值”。
[Abstract]:The hydrodynamics of the lock bottom long culvert side hole water system, the main use of the physical model test and prototype observation method, are required to consume a large amount of manpower and material resources. By numerical convenience and is not affected by the experimental conditions and scale effect calculation method of relatively small research. Through the ship mooring force a systematic study on hydrodynamic characteristics of water system of different side hole layout types of numerical simulation, analyzed the layout principle, can provide a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of lock bottom long culvert side hole of water conveyance system, and provide the reference for the similar engineering, has important academic value and practical significance. In this paper, the typical lock bottom long corridor of decentralized water system based on the selection of ships, the establishment of a "three-dimensional mathematical model of ship - flow" coupled dynamic response, the 3D turbulent flow model This method, dynamic mesh technology and ship mooring force parallel calculation program, using FLUENT software to simulate the ship mooring force under different side hole layout, the main research contents and results are as follows: 1, based on a certain project, a three-dimensional model of the whole ship, the ship mooring force. Analysis and comparison of measured data through simulation results and engineering, has confirmed the correctness of the numerical model and calculation method, laid the foundation for.2 research on hydrodynamic characteristics of the different branch hole pattern, using three-dimensional turbulence simulation method and dynamic mesh technique, different side hole layout types of ship mooring early research found shiplock collateral hole type change has little effect on the vertical mooring force,.3 general rule of great influence on horizontal mooring force, the ship mooring force and the characteristics of fault Analysis of dynamic characteristics of water surface, get the lock bottom long corridor of decentralized water supply system arrangement, the principle of the general layout of the side hole along the flow direction, side hole is arranged from large to small can achieve better effect of shunt; the collateral value is close to the hole width, branch orifice energy dissipation effect is better; the the effective size is determined, the number of side hole choice there is an "optimum".
