【摘要】:近20年,我国公路隧道建设速度较快,既有隧道数量也逐渐增加。由于地质情况复杂、施工、设计、后期养护维修等多方面原因,很多运营隧道逐渐出现病害问题。为了延长隧道正常使用寿命,应及时进行隧道病害检测,发现既有隧道病害,进行维修加固。现有公路隧道分为经常、定期、应急和专项检查,常规检测以经常、定期为主。我国运营隧道数量庞大,常规检测任务繁重,但现有隧道检测普遍存在效率低下的问题。本文通过对国内外隧道检测技术的调研,借鉴台湾DERU法桥梁快速检测技术的理念和经验,并对DERU法原理进行深入分析和研究,结合层次分析法和乘积标度法,探索适用于我国公路隧道运营期间的定期检查工作的快速检测技术。本文借鉴台湾桥梁快速检测评价DERU法,结合既有公路隧道现场检测经验,对DERU法量化评价指标和计算方法的合理性进行分析,研究出适用于我国的公路隧道量化评价指标和计算方法。本文选取隧道构件为准则层,对指标层指标D、E、S建立了5级评价标准,完成了对隧道整体、分幅、分区间、分构件的分级评价。另外,选取隧道折算长度作为隧道养护维修优选指标,更客观反映不同隧道之间维修养护急迫性程度。通过本文的研究工作,实现了既有公路隧道量化评价,推动了我国公路隧道的检测技术水平的发展和进步,提高了隧道现场检测工作的效率,同时,便于后期公路隧道养护信息化管理的建立。
[Abstract]:For nearly 20 years, the speed of the construction of highway tunnel in China rapidly, both the number of tunnels will increase gradually. Because of complex geological conditions, design, construction, maintenance repair and many other reasons, many tunnel diseases gradually. In order to prolong the service life of the tunnel should be normal, timely detect tunnel diseases, it is found that both the tunnel disease, maintenance and reinforcement. The existing highway tunnel is divided into regular, regular, emergency and special inspection, routine inspection to regular operation of the tunnel. Often, as China's huge number of routine tasks, but the existing tunnel detection exists the problem of low efficiency. Through investigation of tunnel detection technology at home and abroad, learn fast Taiwan DERU bridge detection technology concept and experience, and in-depth analysis and Research on the principle of DERU, combined with AHP and multiplication scale method, to explore suitable for China's highway Rapid detection of periodic inspection during the tunnel operation. This paper from the rapid detection of Taiwan bridge DERU evaluation method, combined with the existing detection experience of highway tunnel site, the DERU method of quantitative evaluation index and calculation method of the rationality of the analysis, research for China's highway tunnel evaluation index and calculation method of the tunnel. Component as the criterion layer, index layer of index D, E, S established the 5 evaluation criteria, the completion of the whole tunnel, framing, zoning, grading evaluation component. In addition, selection of tunnel length as conversion tunnel maintenance optimization index, more objectively reflect the different tunnel between the maintenance degree of urgency through this research work, realizes both quantitative evaluation of highway tunnel, promote the level of detection technology of highway tunnel in China's development and progress, improve the detection work of the tunnel site At the same time, it is convenient for the establishment of information management for the maintenance of highway tunnel.
