【摘要】:城市地下轨道交通正如火如荼的建设中,盾构法是开挖隧道主要使用的施工技术方法。地铁隧道工程的推进,地下空间得到有效利用,地面交通压力得到很好的缓解。由于隧道所处的地下环境比较复杂,受到外部影响大,容易引发衬砌结构病害的出现,给地铁运营带来安全隐患。因此,针对衬砌结构修复问题具有重要研究意义。目前,盾构隧道主要采用钢环加固与粘贴纤维布加固,但受到材料本身性能条件限制,两种加固方法仍然存在一些问题。为此,本文提出高性能复合砂浆钢筋网加固盾构隧道方法,通过数值模拟试验,对这种加固方法作初步的探讨。本文依托管片加固工程案例,利用ABAQUS有限元软件相关功能和特点,对盾构隧道衬砌结构作三维数值试验分析。在衬砌结构受力和变形的特征基础上,选用几组典型工况进行数值模拟计算,并对比分析加固与未加固状态下衬砌结构计算结果,从而评价高性能复合砂浆钢筋网加固效果。本文主要工作如下:(1)简单总结了盾构隧道结构特性,隧道病害问题及治理措施,根据本文的研究背景,提出高性能复合砂浆钢筋网加固衬砌结构的研究内容和研究方法,为下一步研究工作奠定基础。(2)根据地铁隧道加固工程背景,利用ABAQUS软件相关功能,进行数值模拟试验。首先建立衬砌结构的三维模型,设置材料参数、接触属性以及边界条件等,为下一步计算工作提供模型基础。(3)基于研究需要,选定几组典型工况进行计算,根据数值计算结果对比分析加固与未加固状态下衬砌结构受力特征和变形规律,得到管片椭圆度与螺栓、钢筋受力状态之间对应的量化关系以及椭圆度控制特征。(4)通过工程实例,对管片病害问题提出加固方案,给出施工质量控制与检验要求,最后详细介绍了施工工艺。
[Abstract]:The construction of city underground rail traffic is like a raging fire in the shield construction technology is mainly used methods of tunnel excavation. The subway tunnel project to promote the effective use of underground space, traffic pressure on the ground to get good relief. Because the tunnel underground environment is complex, due to the external impact, easily lead to diseases of lining structure the security risks to the subway operation. Therefore, the lining repair problem has important research significance. At present, the shield tunnel mainly adopts steel ring reinforcement with FRP, but by the performance of the material itself conditions, two kinds of reinforcement methods still exist some problems. Therefore, this method of high performance composite reinforcement of shield tunnel mortar steel mesh, through numerical simulation tests on the preliminary discussion. This strengthening method based on segment reinforcement engineering cases, the use of ABA QUS finite element software related functions and features, analysis of 3D numerical test of shield tunnel lining structure. The deformation and stress characteristics of lining structure in the foundation, choose several typical conditions by numerical simulation calculation and comparative analysis of the reinforcement and lining structure under the condition of no reinforcement calculation results, to evaluate the high performance ferrocement effect of reinforcement. The main work is as follows: (1) briefly summarizes the characteristics of shield tunnel structure, the problem of tunnel disease and control measures, according to the research background, the research contents and methods of lining structure strengthened with high performance ferrocement, lay the foundation for the next research work. (2) according to the subway tunnel strengthening the engineering background, using the ABAQUS software function, the numerical simulation experiments are conducted. Firstly, establish the three-dimensional model of lining structure, setting the parameters of the material properties and boundary conditions of contact So, to provide a model for the calculation of the next step. (3) based on the needs of research, selected several typical working conditions were analyzed and computed, based on the analysis of reinforcement and reinforcement of lining structure under the condition of no stress characteristics and deformation law of comparative numerical results, obtained the segment ellipticity and bolt reinforcement force corresponding to the quantitative relationship between state and the ellipticity control characteristics. (4) through engineering examples, put forward improvement schemes on segment disease problems, quality control and inspection of construction requirements, the final details of the construction process.
