【摘要】:对于浅埋条件下超近距离立体交叉隧道的施工工程案例,目前国内外已有一些工程实例,但是大部分解决方法是就事论事,无统一的施工标准可循。基于以上背景,本论文以长沙西北下行联络线罗家一号隧道下穿新建杭长正线曾家岭一号隧道为工程背景,运用理论分析及数值分析等技术手段,对浅埋条件下超近距离立体交叉隧道施工力学行为及施工对策进行了系统研究,通过研究,得到如下成果:(1)以杭长客运专线罗家一号隧道为工程背景,提出了浅埋条件下超近距离立体交叉隧道施工关键技术:确定了浅埋条件下超近距离立体交叉隧道的施工顺序、开挖方法、支护技术等。(2)提出以位移与衬砌应力增量控制为准则的浅埋条件下超近距离立体交叉隧道近接施工的影响分区标准。运用理论分析、三维数值分析等手段,以位移与衬砌应力增量为判别准则,确定了浅埋条件下超近距离立体交叉隧道近接施工的影响分区标准,即强影响区、弱影响区以及无影响区。(3)在选定的“先下后上”施工顺序条件下,分析了“后修隧道”对“先修隧道’的影响范围、影响程度以及两个隧道结构应力的演变特征,确定了近接施工过程中控制的关键环节。目前,曾家岭一号隧道与罗家一号隧道均已竣工,施工过程中监理单位对交叉隧道施工进行了全程监控,对施工过程中的监控量测资料进行检查,判定围岩基本稳定,且各个结构尺寸满足设计和规范要求。实践证明本论文提出的在浅埋条件下、超近距离立体交叉隧道的超前支护措施、开挖方法、支护措施是可行的、安全的,其成功经验可为今后类似工程的设计与施工提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:At present, there are some engineering examples at home and abroad for the construction cases of ultra-close distance cross tunnel under shallow burial condition, but most of the solutions are based on the subject matter. There is no uniform construction standard. Based on the above background, this paper takes Luojia No.1 Tunnel, the downlink line of northwestern Changsha, as the engineering background. By means of theoretical analysis and numerical analysis, the mechanical behavior and construction countermeasures of ultra-close distance cross tunnel under shallow burial conditions are studied systematically. The results are as follows: 1) taking Luojia No.1 Tunnel of Hangzhou long passenger dedicated Line as the engineering background. In this paper, the key technology of super close distance cross tunnel construction under shallow burial condition is put forward. The construction sequence and excavation method of super close distance cross tunnel under shallow burial condition are determined. The paper puts forward the influence zoning standard of super-close distance cross tunnel construction under shallow buried condition based on displacement and lining stress increment control. By means of three-dimensional numerical analysis and the criterion of displacement and lining stress increment, the influence zoning standard of super-close distance cross tunnel construction under shallow burial condition, that is, strong influence zone, is determined. Under the selected construction sequence of "first down and then up", the influence range of "post-repair tunnel" to "pre-repair tunnel" is analyzed. The degree of influence and the evolution characteristics of stress in the two tunnels have determined the key links in the process of construction. At present, both Zengjialing No. 1 Tunnel and Luojia No. 1 Tunnel have been completed. In the process of construction, the supervision unit carries on the whole process monitoring to the cross tunnel construction, carries on the inspection to the monitoring measurement data in the construction process, judges the surrounding rock to be basically stable. And each structure size meets the requirements of design and specification. The practice proves that the advanced support measures, excavation methods and support measures proposed in this paper are feasible and safe under the condition of shallow burying. The successful experience can be used for reference for the design and construction of similar projects in the future.
