【摘要】:当前,四川省普通国道正由以建为主向建养并重转变,社会发展对公路养护工作的要求越来越高,但普通国道养护管理、决策方法等并未实质性响应发展要求,影响普通国道服务能力的提升。四川省普通国道在养护资金极其有限的前提下,养护资金紧缺和资金使用结构不合理问题并存。养护内容正从单纯的强度要求过渡到路面技术状况的全方位要求,养护决策需要从定性分析向定量分析发展,运用科学的方法进行预养护,放大养护资金作用,提高四川省普通国道路况水平。本文拟通过文献研究和实地调查,收集基础数据,分析四川省普通国道主要病害类型及成因,对影响路况的内外因素进行统计分析,通过回归分析构建四川省普通国道柔性面层技术状况预测模型。通过不同时段路面预养护的效益比较,确定最佳养护时机,并针对公路具体病害选择预养护措施。首先,通过实地考查,收集基础数据,对四川省普通国道主要病害及成因进行分析归纳。其次,在孙立军教授柔性面层技术状况预测模型的基础上,以G108四川段为例,通过对历年路面技术状况检测数据的回归分析,构建按照交通量及路面结构层厚度分类的四川省普通国道柔性面层技术状况(PCI、RQI)预测模型。然后,在四川省普通国道柔性面层技术状况预测模型中加入一个路面预养护回归系数,将不同时间点的柔性面层预养护所对应养护效益进行比较,确定最佳柔性面层预养护时机。最后,对传统养护措施进行整合,结合柔性面层预养护新方法和四川省普通国道实际,针对裂缝类、松散类、变形类等不同的病害提出灌缝、微表处、薄层罩面等柔性面层预养护措施。
[Abstract]:At present, Sichuan province is a common highway construction to the construction and maintenance of social transformation, development of highway maintenance work demands more and more high, but ordinary highway maintenance management, decision making method has not substantive response requirement of the development of ordinary highway service capacity. The premise of the general national highway in Sichuan province is extremely limited in maintenance funds next, the shortage of maintenance fund and the use of capital structure unreasonable problems coexist. The full range of requirements of maintenance content from a simple transition to the technical condition of pavement strength requirements, maintenance decision-making needs from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis, the use of scientific methods to conduct preventive maintenance, maintenance funds amplification effect, improve road traffic level in Sichuan province. This article, through literature research and field investigation, collecting basic data, analysis of the causes and types of diseases in the general national highway in Sichuan Province, due to the impact of road conditions on the inside and outside In statistical analysis, through regression analysis, the construction of Sichuan Province ordinary highway flexible surface condition prediction model. Through the different periods of pavement preventive maintenance efficiency, determine the optimal maintenance time, and for the choice of preventive maintenance measures of highway concrete disease. Firstly, through on-the-spot investigation, collect the basic data of main diseases and causes of common highway in Sichuan province were analyzed and summarized. Secondly, based on the prediction model of technical condition of Professor Sun Lijun flexible surface on the G108 section of Sichuan as an example, through the test data on the technical condition of the road over the regression analysis, constructed according to the technical condition of Sichuan Province ordinary State Road traffic volume and flexible pavement thickness (PCI, layer classification RQI) prediction model. Then, the technical condition of the general national highway in Sichuan province flexible surface prediction join a pavement preventive maintenance model of regression coefficient, will not be at the same time, the soft The surface layer of the corresponding pre maintenance maintenance benefits compared to determine the optimal flexible surface pre maintenance time.
