【摘要】:为有效控制道路交通事故的发生,基于风险对我国道路限速标准进行科学设计,将敏感性因素引入风险的概念中,从安全事故产生的可能性、严重性和敏感性3个维度构建道路风险分级三维评价模型,以3个维度为一级指标建立道路风险评价指标体系,最终形成道路风险分级评价方法,基于道路风险等级科学确定限速标准,将安全性与经济性有效结合。以北京市四环某路段为例,提出道路单元划分原则,用所构建的道路风险分级评价方法对该路段进行评价并优化设计其限速标准,验证了方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:In order to effectively control the occurrence of road traffic accidents, the road speed limit standard is designed scientifically based on the risk, and the sensitivity factor is introduced into the concept of risk, from the possibility of safety accidents. Three dimensions of the severity and sensitivity of road risk classification three-dimensional evaluation model, with the three dimensions as the first level indicators to establish the road risk evaluation index system, and finally formed the road risk grading evaluation method. Based on the scientific determination of the speed limit standard of road risk grade, the safety and economy are effectively combined. Taking a certain section of the fourth Ring Road in Beijing as an example, the principle of road unit division is put forward. The feasibility of the method is verified by evaluating the road section and optimizing the design of the speed limit standard by using the road risk grading evaluation method.
