【摘要】:为研究沥青路面在车辆荷载作用下的层间黏结特性,采用自主研发的能施加水平推力的切-拉拔装置进行层间黏结试验。通过正交试验,测试了不同温度、水平推力和黏层油用量等条件下沥青混合料复合试件的层间黏结强度,分析了各因素对黏结强度的影响规律,并通过敏感性分析确定了各因素的影响程度;采用多元非线性回归方法和SPSS统计软件,分析了层间黏结强度与温度、水平推力和黏层油用量的关系,构建了低温、常温、高温3种温度下沥青路面在切-拉拔力综合作用下的层间黏结模型,并验证了该模型的可行性。研究结果表明:水平推力削弱了层间黏结整体性能,层间黏结强度降低,当黏层油用量为0.8kg/m2时,水平推力由0 MPa增至0.2 MPa,其黏结强度降至原有的1/3;随着水平推力的增加,层间黏结强度随黏层油用量的增加呈先增后减趋势,但影响程度逐渐减弱,最大黏结强度所对应的合理黏层油用量为0.8~1.0kg/m2;随着温度的升高,层间黏结强度迅速降低,温度越高,水平推力对层间黏结强度的影响幅度越大,当温度为50℃、水平推力为0.2MPa时,层间黏结强度降为0MPa;不同温度区间层间黏结强度下降趋势不同,低温最快、常温变缓、高温最慢;各因素对层间黏结强度影响大小的顺序为温度、水平推力、黏层油用量。
[Abstract]:For the loads in the vehicle interlaminar bond characteristic of asphalt pavement, interlayer bonding test using self-developed applied horizontal thrust cutting drawing device. Through orthogonal test, the temperature, the bonding strength of composite specimens between layers of asphalt mixture thrust and the sticky layer under the condition of oil consumption analysis, the effect of each factor on the bond strength, and to determine the degree of influence of various factors through sensitivity analysis; using multiple nonlinear regression method and SPSS statistical software, analyzed the interlayer bonding strength and temperature, horizontal thrust force and the relationship between the sticky layer of the oil consumption, construction of low temperature, high temperature at room temperature, 3 temperature under the asphalt pavement in cutting - drawing force under the effect of interlayer bonding model, and verify the feasibility of the model. The results show that: the horizontal thrust weakened the overall bond performance between layers, interlayer bonding strength reduction Low viscosity oil layer when the dosage of 0.8kg/m2, the level of thrust from 0 MPa to 0.2 MPa, the bond strength to the original 1/3; with the increase of horizontal thrust, bond strength between layers was increased at first and then decreased with the increase of the amount of oil viscosity, but the influence is weakened gradually, corresponding to the maximum bond strength a reasonable amount of 0.8~1.0kg/m2 viscous oil layer; with the increase of temperature, the bonding strength between layers decreased rapidly, the higher the temperature, the horizontal thrust effect on the bond strength between layers of the amplitude is larger, when the temperature is 50 DEG C, the horizontal thrust is 0.2MPa, the interlayer bonding strength is reduced to 0MPa; the bond strength between layers in different temperature range the drop trend of low temperature, the fastest, most slow slow at room temperature, high temperature; the factors of interlayer bonding strength affects the size of the order of temperature, horizontal thrust, sticky layer of oil consumption.
