【摘要】:随着我国越来越多长大隧道工程的相继修建,信息化设计与施工已成为隧道及地下工程发展的必然趋势,这就给隧道施工监控量测提出了越来越高的要求。在强调隧道信息化设计与施工的背景下,迅速提高我国隧道监测技术、数据分析处理、信息自动化、智能化管理水平迫在眉睫。本文针对当前我国在隧道监控量测中数据分析处理、信息管理方面存在的问题开展了研究。(1)对隧道监测系统的功能需求进行了深入分析与探讨,总结、概括了隧道监测系统的八种功能需求,制订了隧道监测系统的总体结构框架与开发流程,将功能结构模块划分为工程项目、数据管理、图形绘制、控制基准、数据分析处理、分析预测与判别、报表生成七个模块。采用VB6.0编程语言和Access数据库,研发了易于一线施工监测人员使用的隧道监控量测数据分析与信息管理系统。该系统可服务于工程施工期、运营期的海量监测数据、文档、图像、地形地质资料的存储、管理、图形图像展示、输出、打印以及预测、预报系统,并提供隧道监测作业相应的报表自动生成、多条件交叉组合数据查询、隧道日志记录、掌子面推进距离查询等一些辅助功能。(2)对隧道信息化监控量测技术进行了全面的总结与分析,介绍了信息化施工的内涵与方法,并详细介绍了几种常用的监测数据分析方法的建模原理和相关参数的求解过程,总结了十种常用的回归数学模型并实现程序化,为隧道监测数据更加准确快速的分析处理以及围岩和支护结构发展趋势的预测预报提供了可靠的保障。(3)对隧道的变形控制基准进行研究,为监测系统建立起了一套切实可行的判别和预警预报准则,分析研究了围岩和支护结构在不同状况下的信息反馈,对指导施工、优化设计、确保隧道安全施工给予了有效的支撑。(4)应用隧道监控量测数据分析与信息管理系统,对关山隧道进口段周边位移监测数据进行了分析处理,并对围岩稳定性及支护效果做出综合评价,实际工程应用表明本软件系统总体规划及架构科学合理,功能及操作方便实用,具有较高的应用和推广价值。
[Abstract]:With more and more of our long tunnels have been built, the design and construction of informatization has become the inevitable trend of the development of tunnel and underground engineering, it gives more and more requirements test monitoring of tunnel construction. The emphasis on the design and construction of tunnel under the background of information technology, rapidly improve the monitoring technology of tunnel in China, data analysis information processing, automation, intelligent management is imminent. Based on the data measured in the current amount of tunnel monitoring and analysis, existing problems of information management to carry out the research. (1) discussed, in-depth analysis of the functional requirements of the tunnel monitoring system is summarized, summarizes eight kinds of function requirements of tunnel monitoring system the formulation of the overall framework and development process of tunnel monitoring system, the function module is divided into the project structure, data management, graphics rendering, control reference number According to the analysis, forecasting analysis and discrimination, report generation module seven. Using VB6.0 programming language and Access database, developed to tunnel monitoring personnel use the amount of construction monitoring data analysis and information management system. The system can serve the project construction period, large amount of monitoring data, the operating period of the document image. Geological data storage, management, graphic display, print and output, forecast, forecast system, and automatically generate the corresponding report of tunnel monitoring work, multi condition combination query, tunnel log record, the advancing distance query and some auxiliary function of tunnel face. (2) were summarized and analyzed comprehensively the tunnel information monitoring technology, introduces the meaning and methods of information construction, solving and introduces several common methods of monitoring data analysis of the modeling principle and related parameters The process, summed up the ten kinds of regression mathematical model and program, for tunnel monitoring data more accurate and quick processing and analysis of surrounding rock and supporting structure of the development trend of the forecast to provide a reliable guarantee. (3) to control the deformation of the tunnel for reference for research, monitoring system has established a set of practical feasible discrimination and prediction criteria, analysis of the surrounding rock and supporting structure under different conditions, information feedback, optimization design to guide the construction, ensure the effective support to the safety of the tunnel construction. (4) the application of tunnel monitoring data analysis and information management system, the inlet section of Guanshan tunnel displacement monitoring the data were processed and analyzed, and to make a comprehensive evaluation of the supporting effect and stability of surrounding rock, the practical application shows that the overall planning and architecture of the software system is scientific and reasonable, function and operation. It is practical and has high value of application and popularization.
