基于货物时间价值的集装箱多式联运方案研究

【摘要】：经济全球化的迅速发展使世界各国之间的贸易往来更加密切,恰逢我国处于商品贸易转型的关键时期,大量的高价值集装箱货物亟需快速、高效的运达目的地,而节约货物的运输时间会产生时间价值,这就对运输的时效性提出了新的要求。新亚欧大陆桥的开通使我国向中亚以及欧洲运输集装箱货物有了一条更加便捷的通道,虽然中欧班列的开行缩短了运输时间从而提升了货物时间价值,但较高的运输费用以及运输过程中造成的外部影响就需要考虑在内。本文正是从这些方面考虑,基于货物时间价值对集装箱多式联运展开研究,探讨不同类别货物的最优运输方案,具体内容包括:(1)论文在阐述国内外学者对货物时间价值及多式联运研究的基础上,针对以往研究的不足,对不同价值特性的货物重新进行了分类,引入货物时间价值这一概念,并将货物时间价值运用到集装箱多式联运领域中。(2)对不同类别货物的时间价值函数进行分析,将货物时间价值分为三部分研究:释放货物对资金的占用、减少运输时间延迟造成的额外费用、避免货物的贬值,提出了货物时间价值的计算模型。对集装箱多式联运中的时间因素以及相关费用进行分析,并讨论运输活动中造成的外部影响。(3)在以往的集装箱多式联运模型的基础上,结合货物时间价值这一概念,综合考虑集装箱运输费用、中转费用和外部成本等因素,建立基于货物时间价值的集装箱多式联运优化模型,设计蚁群算法对模型求解。(4)以苏州到汉堡的集装箱运输实例进行验证,结合中欧班列的开行,得出不同运到时限和货物类别下的优化方案。实例研究表明,货物时间价值是影响集装箱多式联运方案选择的重要因素之一,且不同类别货物的最优运输方案也不相同,高价值及时间敏感性货物更倾向于选择运输费用高和运输时间短的中欧班列进行运输,而一般性货物则偏向于运输费用低和时间长的海运。同时,本文进一步探讨了货物时间价值的具体因素及中欧班列的运价优惠对最优方案选取的影响,并对运输外部成本进行了分析。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization, the trade between countries in the world is closer and closer, which coincides with the crucial period of China's commodity trade transformation. A large number of high-value container goods urgently need to reach the destination quickly and efficiently. And saving the transportation time of the goods will produce the time value. The opening of the new Eurasian Continental Bridge has made it easier for China to transport container goods to Central Asia and Europe. Although the opening of CEIBS shortens the transportation time and thus increases the time value of the goods, the higher transport costs and the external effects caused by the transport process need to be taken into account. Based on the time value of goods, the paper studies the container multimodal transport, and discusses the optimal transport scheme of different types of goods. Specific contents include: 1) on the basis of expounding the time value of goods and the study of multimodal transport, the paper reclassifies the goods with different value characteristics in view of the shortcomings of previous studies. This paper introduces the concept of time value of goods, and applies the time value of goods to the field of container multimodal transport. The time value of goods is divided into three parts: the release of goods on the use of funds, reduce the extra cost caused by the delay in transport time, to avoid the depreciation of goods. The calculation model of time value of goods is put forward. The time factors and related costs in container multimodal transport are analyzed. On the basis of the previous container multimodal transport model, combined with the concept of time value of goods, the cost of container transportation is considered synthetically. Based on the transit cost and external cost, an optimization model of container multimodal transport based on the time value of cargo is established, and an ant colony algorithm is designed to solve the model. 4) the example of container transportation from Suzhou to Hamburg is verified. Combined with the operation of CEIBS, the optimization schemes under different time limits and types of goods are obtained. The case study shows that the value of cargo time is one of the important factors affecting the choice of container multimodal transport schemes. And the optimal transport scheme of different types of goods is different, high value and time sensitive goods tend to choose the high transport costs and short transport time for transport in Central Europe. The general goods tend to the low cost and long time of shipping. At the same time, this paper further discusses the specific factors of the time value of the goods and the influence of the preferential freight rates in Central Europe on the selection of the optimal scheme. And carries on the analysis to the transportation external cost.
