营运驾驶员不安全驾驶行为监测方法研究

【摘要】：数据显示,90%以上的重特大交通事故有营运车辆参与,近年来重特大事故数量总体上呈下降趋势,但2010年重特大事故数量有明显反弹,且死亡和受伤的绝对人数仍然较高,营运车辆安全水平仍亟待提高。交管部门统计表明道路交通事故90%以上为驾驶人因素,少部分为车辆因素、道路因素。不安全驾驶行为是驾驶人因素的主要影响指标之一,典型不安全驾驶行为引发事故所占的比例在50%以上。因此,针对营运车辆不安全驾驶行为监测方法进行研究,提高营运车辆安全管理水平具有重要的意义。论文主要进行了三个方面的研究:(1)对2004-2012年《道路交通事故统计年报》、“十一五”期间广东省营运车辆交通事故案例、相关论文及研究报告进行深入分析,确定历年来导致交通事故的53种常见的不安全驾驶行为。然后,利用专家打分法确定15种典型不安全驾驶行为。最后通过问卷调查,从常见性和导致事故可能性两个方面对15种典型不安全驾驶行为进行排序。(2)对15种典型不安全驾驶行为进行深入分析,确定15种典型不安全驾驶行为的表现形式,根据表现形式设计表征指标和阈值确定方法。(3)在前述指标确定的前提下,设计15典型不安全驾驶行为的监控方法,以便于监控所有典型不安全驾驶行为。论文研究成果将为营运车辆驾驶员不安全驾驶行为实时预警、监测提供理论依据,为运输企业驾驶员管理、评估和培训等提供技术支撑,所设计方法的实际引用有利于提高营运车辆安全管理水平,对改善我国交通安全管理水平具有重要的意义。
[Abstract]:The data show that more than 90% of the major traffic accidents have the participation of operating vehicles. In recent years, the number of serious and serious accidents has generally decreased, but in 2010, the number of serious and serious accidents has obviously rebounded. And the absolute number of deaths and injuries is still high, the safety level of operating vehicles still needs to be improved. The monitoring method of unsafe driving behavior of operating vehicles is studied. It is of great significance to improve the management level of operational vehicle safety. This paper mainly carries out three aspects of research: 1) on the 2004-2012 Annual report of Road Traffic Accidents Statistics. During the "11th Five-Year Plan" period, Guangdong Province operating vehicle traffic accident cases, related papers and research reports in-depth analysis, identified over the years caused by 53 common unsafe driving behavior. Then. The expert scoring method was used to determine 15 typical unsafe driving behaviors. Finally, a questionnaire survey was conducted. It is of great significance to improve the level of traffic safety management in China.
