【摘要】:近些年来,随着中国集装箱码头吞吐量的迅速膨胀,各个集装箱码头尽可能的提高码头堆场的作业效率。集装箱码头物流系统,是指在一定的集装箱码头空间里,由集装箱、船舶、装卸搬运机械、泊位、堆场以及通信联系等若干相互制约的动态要素构成的有机整体。作为集装箱运输系统的枢纽,对加强国内、国际间的贸易往来与提高集装箱运输系统的运输效率具有极其重要的作用。在集装箱码头中与作业效率相关的泊位是稀缺资源。泊位与岸桥资源的合理利用,能够有效的缩短船舶在港时间,提高码头的服务质量,实现港口效益的最大化。影响港口堆场作业效率的主要因素有很多。例如:对集装箱的吞吐量预测不准,过多的翻箱作业和集装箱码头配置问题等。首先,本文对集装箱码头的整个作业系统进行了详细的介绍。包括集装箱码头的组成与布局,集装箱码头特点,装卸工艺,作业流程与调度原则,以及本文研究对象大窑湾集装箱码头;其次,对集装箱码头吞吐量预测模型进行分析与比较,提出一种改进的基于IOWA算子的组合预测模型,并利用大窑湾集装箱码头历年的吞吐量来验证模型有效地提高了预测精度;再次,针对过度翻箱问题,通过箱位优化分配模型以达到降低翻箱量,将箱位分配优化模型所确定的码放方式与垂直式堆码等堆码方式进行比较,并采用MATLAB对模型有效性仿真验证,实践证明,利用本文提出的算法可以对集装箱码头的翻箱作业有所改善,从而提高作业效率;最后,本文利用串联排队网络实现了对集装箱码头生产作业系统的建模,并通过WITNESS对集装箱码头物流系统进行仿真。针对不同的实际情况,选择合理的岸桥、集卡等机械作业配比方式,提高码头装卸效率。并对仿真结果的分析,对集装箱码头的实际应用提供参考。论文结尾对未来进行了展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid expansion of China container throughput, the container terminal yard as far as possible to improve operation efficiency. The container terminal logistics system, refers to the space in a container, a container, ship, cargo handling machinery, berth, yard and an organic whole communication link several interacting dynamic the elements of the container transport system. As the hub, to strengthen domestic and international trade, and improve the efficiency of container transportation system plays a very important role. And the working efficiency in the container terminal berth is scarce resources. The rational use of berth and quay crane resources, can effectively shorten the ship in Hong Kong time, improve the quality of service, to maximize the benefits. The main influence factors of port container yard work efficiency is very much. For example: Incorrect prediction of container throughput, excessive rollover operation and container terminal configuration problems. First, the container terminal of the whole operation system are introduced in detail. Including the composition and layout of container terminal, container terminal, handling technology, as the principle of business process and scheduling, as well as the research object of Dayaowan container terminal secondly, the container throughput; prediction model and comparative analysis, this paper proposes an improved combination forecasting model based on IOWA operator, and the use of Dayaowan container terminal throughput over the years to validate the model can effectively improve the prediction accuracy; thirdly, aiming at the excessive turning box, through the box of optimal allocation model in order to reduce turnover. The amount, compare the storage allocation optimization model of stacking and vertical stacking and stacking method, and the mode of MATLAB The validity of simulation verification, practice has proved that the proposed algorithm can use the container terminals restacking operation has improved, so as to improve the operating efficiency; finally, the tandem queueing network to realize modeling for production and operation system of container terminal, and through the WITNESS simulation of the container terminal logistics system according to the actual situation of different., reasonable selection of shore bridge, truck and other machinery operation ratio, improve the unloading efficiency. And the analysis of simulation results, to provide reference for the actual application of the container terminal. At the end of the prospects in the future.
