【摘要】:随着道路交通的快速发展,我国高速公路沥青路面的早期损坏想象频繁发生,大大增加了高速公路的维修养护费用,加大了经济社会压力。在这一背景下,长寿命沥青路面越来越多的受到人们的关注,其全寿命周期成本最低的理念也契合了经济社会可持续发展的思想。长寿命沥青路面是国际道路工程界提出的一种新技术。它以全寿命周期成本最低的理念为出发点,最大的特点是在整个使用寿命周期内,不产生结构性的破坏,只需在一定的周期内进行养护即可保持较高的使用性能。依托于辽宁省交通科学研究院“重载交通长寿命沥青路面结构应用技术研究”科研项目,对辽宁省典型长寿命沥青路面结构的疲劳模型及疲劳设计指标的取值进行分析研究,旨在通过分析计算,提出一个基于实测数据的长寿命沥青路面疲劳设计控制指标的建议值,为长寿命沥青路面在我国的应用奠定基础。首先,利用已有的疲劳试验数据,拟合典型长寿命沥青路面结构中沥青层和基层材料的疲劳模型。然后进行动态力学响应有限元计算,得到长寿命沥青路面各结构层内的应变响应,并利用加速加载实测应变数据进行检验分析。最后将计算得到的应变响应代入已有疲劳模型,计算各结构层的疲劳寿命。根据现行规范中的交通分级,将各级临界交通量代入疲劳模型,反推出各交通等级下长寿命沥青路面疲劳设计指标——沥青层层底拉应变的取值上限。通过计算分析发现,路面结构内下面层的疲劳寿命最低,控制下面层内水平拉应变值,是控制整个路面结构疲劳寿命的关键。对于规范中的轻交通等级,建议疲劳设计指标控制值为143με;对于中交通和重交通等级,建议疲劳设计指标值控制值分别为105με和89με;对于累积轴载达到1亿次的特重交通等级,建议疲劳设计指标控制值为65με。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of road traffic, the early damage imagination of highway asphalt pavement occurs frequently in our country, which greatly increases the maintenance cost of expressway, and increases the economic and social pressure. People pay more and more attention to long-life asphalt pavement. The concept of the lowest cost of the whole life cycle also accords with the idea of sustainable economic and social development. The long-life asphalt pavement is a new technology put forward by the international road engineering community. It takes the idea of the lowest cost of the whole life cycle as the concept of "the lowest cost of the whole life cycle". Send it out. The biggest feature is that no structural damage occurs throughout the life cycle. It is necessary to maintain high performance only in a certain period. It is based on the scientific research project of "heavy duty traffic long life asphalt pavement structure application technology research" of Liaoning Provincial Transportation Science Research Institute. The fatigue model of typical long-life asphalt pavement in Liaoning Province and the value of fatigue design index are analyzed and studied in order to analyze and calculate. This paper puts forward a suggested value of fatigue design control index of long-life asphalt pavement based on the measured data, which lays a foundation for the application of long-life asphalt pavement in China. Firstly, the existing fatigue test data are used. The fatigue model of asphalt layer and base material in typical long-life asphalt pavement structure is fitted. Then the finite element calculation of dynamic mechanical response is carried out to obtain the strain response in each structure layer of long-life asphalt pavement. Finally, the strain response is added to the existing fatigue model, and the fatigue life of each structure layer is calculated. According to the traffic classification in the current code, the fatigue life of each structure layer is calculated. The critical traffic volume of all levels is replaced by fatigue model, and the upper limit of the fatigue design index of long-life asphalt pavement under each traffic grade, which is the tensile strain of asphalt layer bottom, is deduced, which is found by calculation and analysis. The fatigue life of the lower layer of the pavement structure is the lowest. The key to control the fatigue life of the whole pavement structure is to control the horizontal tensile strain value of the lower layer. It is suggested that the control value of fatigue design index is 143 渭 蔚; For medium and heavy traffic grade, it is suggested that the control values of fatigue design index are 105 渭 蔚 and 89 渭 蔚 respectively. For the extra heavy traffic grade with accumulated axle load of 100 million times, it is suggested that the control value of fatigue design index is 65 渭 蔚.
